Temporary Suspension of Sabah IP Man Wing Chun School
Dear Sifus, Students, Friends, and Supporters,
After much thought and consideration, I have decided to temporarily suspend the operations of Sabah IP Man Wing Chun School.
For the past 10 years, this school has been an important part of my life. I would like to express my deepest gratitude to Sifu Mark and Sifu John Di Virgilio for their guidance, teachings, support, and trust throughout this journey. Your knowledge and dedication have greatly influenced my martial arts path.
I would also like to sincerely thank all the students who have trained with us over the last decade. Your commitment, friendship, and support have helped make this school what it is today. Every class, seminar, training session, and shared experience will always be remembered.
Over these 10 years, I am sure I have done many things right, but I may also have made mistakes along the way. To anyone whom I may have disappointed or offended, I sincerely apologize. Every decision was made with good intentions and with the hope of helping the school and its members grow.
At this stage of my martial arts journey, I would like to explore and experience other martial arts systems to broaden my knowledge, understanding, and appreciation of martial arts as a whole. I believe that continuous learning is an important part of personal growth.
This is not a farewell. I hope that after gaining new experiences and insights, I will be able to return stronger, wiser, and better equipped to contribute to the martial arts community in the future.
Thank you once again to everyone who has been part of Sabah IP Man Wing Chun School over the past 10 years. Your support and friendship mean more than words can express.
With sincere gratitude and respect,
Thomas Lee
