It was a pleasure to deliver an interactive training session on “From MBA to Management: Leadership, Communication and Career Readiness” for visiting final-year MBA students from Bangalore at UCSI Consulting Group, Kuala Lumpur.

Through practical scenarios, group activities and mock interviews, we explored leadership without authority, professional communication, personal branding, interview readiness and the first 90 days at work.

I am open to delivering this programme for Master’s and final-year students at universities in Malaysia and internationally. Institutions interested in organising a customised session are welcome to connect with me.

A night of excellence and inspiration at the UCSI Graduate Business School Annual Awards Ceremony 2026 🥳🏆

The evening highlighted the remarkable achievements of GBS academics, including recognition in Stanford University's World's Top 2% Scientists List 2025, as well as contributions to research and teaching 📚🔬

We also celebrated our students for their excellence and contributions to research 🎓✨ Adding this element to the annual affair means a lot to GBS, as it is through the dedication of our students that the school and its academics continue to strive and stand strong 💪

The event also welcomed new cohorts of the MBA and DBA programmes. We were overjoyed to have DIT (Timor-Leste) director Dr Manuel Vong and students from UFM Vietnam who flew in to celebrate this special occasion together ✈️🌏

📢 Important Update for MS/MPhil & PhD Aspirants in Pakistan

The Higher Education Commission (HEC) Pakistan has officially announced that from Fall 2026 onwards, admissions to:

🎓 Level 7 Programs (MS/MPhil or equivalent)
🎓 Level 8 Programs (PhD or equivalent)

will be conducted based on GRE/HAT General and relevant Subject Tests through HEC’s accredited testing body, the Education Testing Council (ETC).

⚠️ Universities will no longer conduct independent admission tests in place of GRE/HAT for these programs.

This decision aims to improve: ✔ Quality assurance
✔ Transparency
✔ Standardization
✔ Merit-based admissions across Pakistan

📌 Students planning for MS/MPhil or PhD admissions should start preparing accordingly.
