为了欢庆教师节，本校学长团特别策划了一项充满意义的感恩活动——带领全校同学共同完成一张“超大型教师节祝福卡”。✨

卡片里写满了同学们对老师最真挚的感谢与祝福，每一句简单的话语，都承载着孩子们满满的心意与感恩。看着孩子们认真写下祝福、积极参与活动的模样，老师们都深受感动，校园里也洋溢着温馨与欢乐的气氛。💖

这也是学长团首次带领全校进行如此大型的活动，感谢同学们的热情参与，以及家长们一直以来给予学校活动的支持与鼓励。因为有大家的配合与陪伴，孩子们才能在充满爱与温暖的环境中学习与成长。🌷

两位选手代表本校带着代码和梦想出征婆罗洲。他们在世界各国的强手当中脱颖而出，以优异的表现，斩获了亚军。感谢教练的细心栽培和训练、家长们的支持与鼓励、导师的照顾与指导以及所有为此活动出钱出力的热心人士。今天的荣耀源自于大家的付出。感恩。

校方邀请来自吉隆坡的 梁婷婷 为五、六年级学生主讲《性教育——长大的感觉真好》讲座。

梁老师为马来西亚注册与执证心理辅导师，拥有台湾国立彰化师范大学教育辅导与谘商硕士学位，同时也是文桥传播中心辅导主任，并拥有25年辅导与治疗经验。

讲座中，梁老师以专业、生动及贴近学生生活的方式，引导学生正确认识成长过程中的身心变化，学习自我保护、尊重他人，以及建立健康正向的价值观。学生们皆专心聆听，积极参与互动，获益良多。

感谢梁老师精彩的分享，让学生们在轻松愉快的氛围中学习成长知识，为青春成长做好准备。

此外，校方也衷心感谢家协名誉顾问 黎悦郡女士 慷慨赞助书籍予各班，供老师们陪读使用，为校园阅读风气与学生成长献上一份心力。

感谢所有热心人士对学校教育工作的支持与关怀，让学生们在知识与品德方面都获得更全面的发展。

感谢家教协会、亿达狮子会及狮子会救护车服务队为老师们带来了一堂非常宝贵且实用的急救课程。课程内容丰富，包括认识救护车内的各种设备、学习如何处理大小伤口及正确的包扎方式，同时也深入讲解了不可忽视的心肺复苏（CPR）急救知识，让老师们获益良多。除此之外，主办单位不仅用心安排课程，还贴心赞助茶点，让整个活动更加圆满。校方再次向三方团队致以衷心的感谢。(9/5/2026)

On 6th May 2026, our school was filled with powerful voices during our Speech Competition! 🌟

We were so proud of the 43 talented pupils from Years 4, 5 and 6 who joined the event. These young speakers showed remarkable confidence, sharing their thoughts with clarity and conviction. Every student spoke like a true leader! 🗣️✨

To ensure a fair and professional result, we were honored to invite three guest judges to our school to help finalize the winners. It was a tough choice because everyone did such a great job! 🏆

Well done to all our 43 speakers for doing your very best. You truly are our rising stars! 👏🌟

🎭 Bringing Stories to Life: The St. James Storytelling Competition! 🎭

The St. James Hall was transformed into a world of wonder on 5th May 2026 for our delightful Storytelling Competition! 🌟

We were thrilled to welcome 47 talented pupils from Years 1, 2, and 3 who performed with great confidence. Our young storytellers went above and beyond, wearing amazing costumes that perfectly brought their characters and stories to life. 👗🦁🧚‍♂️

From their expressive delivery to their creative ideas, our students proved that you are never too young to be a master of words! 📖

To ensure a fair and professional result, we were honored to invite three guest judges to help us choose the winners. It was a difficult task as every performer brought something special to the stage! 🏆

Congratulations to all our brave little storytellers. We are so proud of you! 👏🌟

✍️ Sparking Creativity: The St. James Essay Writing Competition! ✍️

Our school lecture hall was filled with focus and inspiration on 5th May 2026, as 120 talented pupils from Years 4, 5, and 6 took part in the Essay Writing Competition! 📝✨

With a challenge to express their thoughts within a 200-word limit, our young authors had just one hour to showcase their very best penmanship and creative ideas. It was wonderful to see so many students eager to share their unique perspectives and display their command of the English language.

Every participant gave their absolute best, pouring their hearts and minds onto the paper. We are incredibly proud of the dedication and imagination shown by all 120 writers! 🌟

Now, the big question remains... Who will be named the Best Writer? 🏆🤔

The St. James Spelling Bee and Dare to Spell Competition took place on May 4th, 2026, featuring 36 finalists from Years 1 to 6. 🐝

This grand finale followed a preliminary round where every student in the school was tested during English class on a series of 20 words, ranging from easy to difficult. The two highest-scoring pupils from each class advanced to this final stage to compete for the prestigious title of Champion and Master Speller for their respective levels. 🏆

In the first round of the finals, these top contestants were challenged with 10 written and 10 spoken words in a non-elimination round, allowing every contestant to showcase their linguistic skills at the highest level.

Our 36 talented finalists showed incredible dedication, memorizing complex words and giving their absolute best effort. Well done to all our participants for giving 100% and striving for the "Master Speller" title! 🎓👏 Your hard work truly shines! 🌟

Our school’s English Department has just organised an English Carnival last Wednesday and Thursday. It was a huge success where all the pupils enjoyed a lot at the carnival! 🎉✨

With 11 exciting booths prepared by the English teachers and led by our dedicated pupil volunteers, the school hall was filled with fun, laughter, and learning. Pupils enthusiastically participated in the booth games, collected stickers, and redeemed gifts within the 20-minute sessions.

We were also honoured by the visit from three of our Vice Principals, who enjoyed exploring the booths together with the pupils. Through the various games and activities, pupils were able to learn new English vocabularies in a fun and interactive way.
