Brisk Walk is a fun activity that helps students to improve their mental health by breathing a fresh air outside the college and hostel. The objective of this activity are :-
* to help students to reduce their stress
* to improve their fitness level and practice a healthy lifestyle
* create more memories with other students
Enjoy sunset together seems exciting! ๐ Walk with us with Brisk Walk! Walking is a manโs best medicine ๐
In conjunction of this MCS Brisk Walk, the registration fee of RM2 will be used to help in student's welfare that will be done under the MCS Care Club.
Payment for the registration fee will be collected during registration at 1Borneo Hypermall (Starting Point)
