Q: How to identify duplicate serial numbers from 2 different set of data?

A: We can use multiple methods such as Vlookup, Conditional Formatting, Index Match Functions and etc to solve this but the most simplest method is using CONDITIONAL FORMATTING.

1. Highlight the data that we want to compare.
2. Go to 'Conditional Formatting'
3. Choose 'Highlight Cells Rules'
4. Choose 'Duplicate Values'
5. Assign the duplicate values with different font/cell colors for our easy reference.

Soalan simple yg kami terima hari ini dari group;

How do we exclude certain objects from being print out together with required data? Ex: Refer green object in the pic.

Answer:
1) Right click on the object
2) Choose 'Size and Properties'
3) Then choose 'Properties'
4) Untick the box of 'Print Object'
5) Done!
