Throw back to our Recap session!
๐ Stepping into the Shoes of a Dancer!
Our students stepped into the role of young dancers through a variety of fun and interactive games. They discovered that dancing is not only about learning movements, but also about developing body control, focus, rhythm, and confidence.
Students practised pacing by controlling the speed and timing of their movements, learning when to move quickly and when to slow down. They developed flexibility through different stretches and movements, allowing their bodies to move with greater ease and confidence. At the same time, they challenged themselves with balancing, learning to control their body positions and maintain stability while moving.
