寻星天文学会是个合法的非盈利组织，以华文为主，由一群天文爱好者以业余的方式于2002年开始活动，并于2004年5月20日正式被马来西亚社团注册局接受成为合法团体。使命在于能提供一个好的交流平台给马来西亚的天文爱好者及初学者、推广天文教育及增加马来西亚人对天文的认识。它们每年会举办至少一场两天一夜的观星交流会，拉近会员们的距离， 也让父母和孩子们一起成长。除此之外，每年平均会有10次以上的公开活动让会员及公众人士参加，以提升他们对学习天文的兴趣。

1. Nurul Syahirah Binti Nazarudin or Syahirah Stargazer as she is popularly known, is an astronomical artist and dark sky advocate in Malaysia.
2. Member of the International Association of Astronomical Artists (IAAA)
3. She strives to spread awareness of astronomy and the importance of dark skies through her passion in astronomy, education and drawing.
4. International Dark Sky Association (IDA) Dark Sky Malaysia Astro Artist.
5. Space art displayed at Pusat Sains Negara digitally during GMAC2023.
6. Educated the public about space art during Global Malaysian Astronomers Convention (GMAC2023), Johor Pekan Nanas Roadshow.
7. The Pillars of Creation, a watercolour artwork is featured in the world's renowned Astronomy Magazine Collector's Edition Space Art Special
8. Attended the International Astronautical Congress and represented Malaysia as one of the panelist for the Next Gen Plenary Space & The Arts: From STEM to STEAM panelist.
