"Neko ni koban"
"Seperti kera mendapat bunga"
"Casting pearls before swine"

Tiga2 pepatah dalam tiga bahasa ni membawa maksud yang sama 🤭 Iaitu memberi sesuatu yg berharga kepada yang tidak tahu/tidak menghargai nilainya

I found this Japanese idiom! 🤭

🐈猫の額🐈

Romaji: Neko no hitai 🐱
Translation: Cat's forehead
Meaning: A very tiny area

We can use this idiom to describe a very tiny land area behind our house, for example. This is so cute 🤭

A Japanese proverb caught my eyes today

🌊 水に流す 🌊

Romaji: Mizu ni nagasu

Translation: The water flows

Meaning: To forgive and forget, and let things go

Letting it be and letting go is scary, isn't it? 😱 But it's okay. I wish for everyone's luck in the future 💪✨

Selamat berhujung minggu!

Mina-san pernah tengok Demon Slayer? Ada satu watak bernama Hashibira Inosuke, dia s**a sebut "chototsumoushin" kan? 😆 Rupa-rupanya perkataan tu satu pepatah, yang bermaksud seseorang itu s**a bertindak melulu.

🐗 猪突猛進 🐗

Romaji: Chototsumoushin

Translation: Charge headlong (calling someone a wildboar)

Meaning: Stubborn, charge head-first

Kelakar, kan? 😆

Sometimes we feel weak and helpless about ourselves, but we should remember that there’s strength in continuing on 💪 Don't ever give up!

🔥 継続は力なり 🔥

Romaji: Keizoku wa chikara nari

Translation: Continuing on is power (don't give up)

Ganbatte kudasai ne, mina-san! 🌟

Selamat Menyambut Hari Kemerdekaan ke-65! 🇲🇾🎆

26/08/2022

Happy Friday everyone! Are you struggling to catch up with life recently? Things are progressing slow?

But maybe that's okay too, because even dust, when piled up, can become a mountain! 💪

🗻 ちりも積もれば山となる 🗻

Romaji: Chiri mo tsumoreba yama to naru

Translation: Even dust, when piled up, can become a mountain

Meaning: Many a little makes a mickle / Even small effort does make a difference

There's a Chinese proverb that says, "Be not afraid of going slowly. Be afraid of only standing still".

Haa amekau, 3 pepatah sekaligus (Japanese, English & Chinese) 😂

Mina-san, ganbatte kudasai ne! 💪🔥

Jumuah Mubarak everyone! May all of us have a happy Friday 😁

Today's Japanese proverb is a little bit unique 🤔

🌸 花鳥風月 🌸

Romaji: Kachou fuugetsu

Translation: Flower, bird, wind, moon

Meaning: A poetic phrase that expresses the beauty of nature by listing the kanji for “flower, bird, wind, moon.”

Maybe we can take time to appreciate the beauty of nature this weekend? 🌼🌙
