A coach and parents should always be partners, not opponents. We share the same goal ,to help the players grow, improve, and enjoy the game.
A coach needs the support and trust of parents, especially during challenging moments.Coaching is not just about winning; it’s about teaching discipline, teamwork, and resilience ,values that often take time to see results.
Please understand, encouragement from parents means a lot. When parents stand behind the coach, the whole team becomes stronger. But when there’s gossip, doubt, or backstabbing, it doesn’t just hurt the coach,it hurts the players growth too.

Let’s work together with mutual respect, open communication to help every player become not only a better athlete, but a better person.

每次我让球员们做俯卧撑，他们总是说：“教练，为什么我们不能‘趴’着休息？”

Every time I ask the players to do push-ups, they always say, “Coach, why can’t we just ‘rest’ on our stomachs?”
