A coach needs the support and trust of parents, especially during challenging moments.Coaching is not just about winning; it’s about teaching discipline, teamwork, and resilience ,values that often take time to see results.
Please understand, encouragement from parents means a lot.When parents stand behind the coach, the whole team becomes stronger.But when there’s gossip, doubt, or backstabbing, it doesn’t just hurt the coach,it hurts the players growth too.
