The Road to Sports Day Heats Up 🏃♂️🔥
With Sports Day drawing ever closer, our students have been giving it their all in the track and field selections, as well as tug of war trials, in the race to earn their place on their house teams.
From explosive starts on the track to fierce displays of teamwork and determination on the tug of war rope, every student brought energy, commitment, and house pride to the field. These selection rounds are where effort meets opportunity, as students compete for the chance to represent their houses on the biggest sporting stage of the school year.
The competition is getting tougher, the stakes are getting higher, and the best of the best are beginning to emerge. Sports Day is almost here — and it's shaping up to be one to remember. 🏆💥

Happy Wesak Day 🪷
Today, Buddhists around the world celebrate and observe Wesak Day — a meaningful celebration that commemorates the birth, enlightenment, and passing of Gautama Buddha.
More than a religious observance, Wesak Day carries timeless reminders about compassion, mindfulness, humility, and kindness towards others. Across Malaysia, this occasion is marked through acts of prayer, reflection, charity, and the spreading of goodwill — values that continue to resonate across communities and generations.
At Sanctus International School, understanding the significance behind holidays like these allow our students to deepen their understanding of the cultures and traditions that shape our multicultural society, allowing our students to grow not only in knowledge, but also in empathy, respect, and appreciation for the people around them.
We wish all celebrating a peaceful and blessed Wesak Day filled with serenity, wisdom, and joy. ✨

Our First Parent-Teacher Conference of the Year 🤝📘
Following our Term 1 examinations, we were excited to welcome parents for the first Parent-Teacher Conference of the academic year — a valuable moment to celebrate progress, reflect on growth, and look ahead to what’s next for our students.
This term brought many excellent results, and we are incredibly proud of the hard work, determination, and improvement shown across the school. Seeing students grow in confidence and capability has been deeply encouraging, and these conversations gave parents and teachers the opportunity to recognise those achievements together.
Beyond the report cards, sessions like these are an important part of how we support every student’s journey — identifying strengths, acknowledging progress, and working together on areas for continued growth in the months ahead. Every step forward matters, and we look forward to seeing our students continue to thrive. 🌱

Learning Through Creativity in Our Preschool Bridging Classroom 🚒🎨
Our Preschool Bridging students explored the role of firefighters through a fun and creative palmprint painting activity, transforming their handprints into little firemen holding hoses.
As they painted, created, and shared ideas together, students were introduced to the important role firefighters play in helping and protecting the community. Activities like these allow young learners to connect imagination with understanding in a way that feels engaging and meaningful.
Through hands-on experiences filled with creativity and play, our students continue to discover the joy of learning about the world around them.
