Welcome all delegates to ICE2021. The conference organizer, Faculty of Education Universiti Malaya, Malaysia in collaboration with College of Education, National Chung Cheng University Taiwan, proudly welcomes all delegates to the THE 3rd INTERNATIONAL CONFERENCE ON EDUCATION (ICE 2021) to be held on 18th November 2021 via Microsoft Teams.
The main purpose of the 3rd International Conference on Education (ICE 2021) is to become a channel for Malaysian and international scholars in Education sector to share their research findings and scientific views.

This invitation and call for papers are addressed to all participants. Participants are welcomed to submit the abstracts and full papers before the deadline.
