Our children had an amazing time celebrating Earth Day through fun and meaningful activities! 🎉💚

They got creative with art and craft 🎨, explored exciting Earth Day experiment🔬, and learned the importance of sorting and recycling ♻️. It was wonderful to see their enthusiasm and teamwork as they discovered ways to care for our planet.

Through these hands-on experiences, our young learners are growing into responsible Earth heroes! 🌏🌿

Hari Raya Celebration at Wonder Woods Preschool ✨🌙

We had such a joyful and heartwarming Hari Raya celebration at preschool today! 💛

The children enjoyed a special hands-on activity—baking roti jala 🥞✨
From mixing the batter to creating beautiful lace-like patterns on the pan, every moment was filled with excitement, laughter, and curiosity.

They absolutely loved it and couldn’t stop smiling (and tasting!) along the way 😄

It was a simple baking activity, but it created so many meaningful memories and a wonderful opportunity for the children to experience cultural celebration in a fun and engaging way.

A rare and beautiful moment at school today 🌿🐦

The children discovered a bird’s nest on the mango tree in the school compound. Their excitement and curiosity were priceless as they quietly observed nature up close.

Moments like these remind us how special a natural school environment can be. Beyond books and classrooms, the children get to experience and appreciate the little wonders of nature.

These simple yet meaningful encounters are truly more valuable than anything else. 🌳

Watching these little hands carefully wrap flower bouquets for Valentine’s Day absolutely melts our hearts. 💐❤️

There’s something so special about seeing children fall in love with flowers — choosing each stem thoughtfully, arranging them with care, and enjoying every moment of the process. It’s not just about making a bouquet… it’s about creativity, kindness, and sharing love in the sweetest way.

So lovely to see them learning that flowers aren’t just beautiful — they’re a way to make someone smile. 🌸✨

In our classrooms, children learn through hands-on experiences every day. Through carefully designed learning materials and real-life tools, they explore with their own hands, repeat activities, and gradually build foundational concepts, concentration, and confidence.

They understand through doing and grow through exploration.

At our art lesson, the children came together to draw caterpillars 🐛

Even with the same theme, every creation was 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐞𝐭𝐞𝐥𝐲 𝐮𝐧𝐢𝐪𝐮𝐞:
🎨 Some were bold with colors, others delicate with lines
🎨 Some caterpillars were long, others round and chubby

There was 𝐧𝐨 “𝐫𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐨𝐫 𝐰𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠”—just each child’s one-of-a-kind expression ✨

Glad that Dr Christy was present at the Launch Ceremony of the National Education Blueprint 2026–2035 to witness this significant milestone marking the transformation of the early childhood education and national education landscape for the years ahead.

Once again, this highlights the importance for educators to stay updated on trends and emerging issues in early childhood education in order to continue promoting quality ECE for our children.
