My Little World Preschool is excited to invite passionate and dedicated individuals to join our dynamic team as Early Childhood Educators! We specialize in holistic Early Years development and Mindful Learning, creating a nurturing and personalized learning environment for each child. Located at Desa Park City & Kota Damansara, we are committed to providing high-quality early years education to children in our community.

This is an incredible opportunity for Early Childhood Educators who are enthusiastic about fostering children's holistic learning and development. We warmly welcome teachers with experience working in International Schools, and those who are well-versed in open-ended and inquiry-based teaching approaches. If you have additional qualifications as RMT trainers or Brain Gym trainers, we would love to have you on board!

Position: Early Childhood Educator
Qualifications:

Minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or any early years education-related field
Experience working with Special Needs children is an advantage
Responsibilities:

Create a warm and stimulating environment that sparks children's curiosity, ensuring their learning and development flourish.

Nurture positive relationships with children, encouraging their social and emotional growth.
Stay on top of the latest research and best practices in early childhood education, enriching your professional knowledge.
Join our vibrant professional community by actively participating in development sessions and staff meetings.
Requirements:

Radiate enthusiasm for working with young children, as you lay the foundation for their lifelong learning journey.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of child development principles and early childhood education theories.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills that create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Showcase strong organizational and time management abilities, allowing you to inspire and guide children effectively.
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, further enriching our multicultural learning environment.

Your starting salary will be RM 2200, with potential for growth based on your experience and qualifications. In addition, we value work-life balance and provide one-month school holiday per year.

Our working hours are from 7.45 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing you to embrace the rewards of a fulfilling career while maintaining a healthy personal life.

My Little World Preschool At My Little World, children grow through a sensory-rich learning approach in nature-inspired classrooms, with access to global themes and real-world experiences. Our Neuro-Rhythm Play (NRP) supports emotional, physical, & brain development✨ DM to visit!

IPC Thematic learning of the month : hygiene, healthy and safety

Our infants and toddlers learnt 6 core content learning areas (Language Arts, socio-emotional, numeracy, creative Arts, sciences, Motor Skills) from the themes.

In Safety theme, they role play how and where to evacuate if there is fire in the building. Besides, safety at home also included in the lessons.

Aligned with our August theme, 'health, hygiene and safet', we are very grateful to Dr Chu and the team from Sparkle Care Dental Clinic for giving our children a talk about oral care. Our children enjoyed the session so much and they also shared what they have learnt in classroom to the dentist too!!

We also visited the dental clinic for children to explore the equipments dentists use for check-up.

Thanks to our teaching team for July IPC Thematic learning, Sea Animals. Our infants & toddlers enjoyed their learning with sea live observation and play based activities. They developed their numeracy, language arts, motorskils, socio emotions, music and movement from the theme.

My Little World Preschool welcomes Wizard Within team to give a story-telling and craft workshop this Friday. We can't wait to see the excitement of children when they see their names in the stories!
