We specialize in holistic Early Years development and Mindful Learning, creating a nurturing and personalized learning environment for each child. Located at Desa Park City & Kota Damansara, we are committed to providing high-quality early years education to children in our community.
This is an incredible opportunity for Early Childhood Educators who are enthusiastic about fostering children's holistic learning and development. We warmly welcome teachers with experience working in International Schools, and those who are well-versed in open-ended and inquiry-based teaching approaches. If you have additional qualifications as RMT trainers or Brain Gym trainers, we would love to have you on board!
Position: Early Childhood Educator
Qualifications:
Minimum of a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or any early years education-related field
Experience working with Special Needs children is an advantage
Responsibilities:

Stay on top of the latest research and best practices in early childhood education, enriching your professional knowledge.

Requirements:
Radiate enthusiasm for working with young children, as you lay the foundation for their lifelong learning journey.
Demonstrate a solid understanding of child development principles and early childhood education theories.
Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills that create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Showcase strong organizational and time management abilities, allowing you to inspire and guide children effectively.
Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, further enriching our multicultural learning environment.

Your starting salary will be RM 2200, with potential for growth based on your experience and qualifications. In addition, we value work-life balance and provide one-month school holiday per year.
Our working hours are from 7.45 am to 4.30 pm, Monday to Friday, allowing you to embrace the rewards of a fulfilling career while maintaining a healthy personal life.
