SPS Printer Solution Sdn Bhd is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Service Support Specialist to join our team. Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply!
Responsibilities:

Provide on-site and remote technical support to customers.
Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Maintain and repair printers and related equipment.
Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective service.
Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

- Possess own transport (motorbike/car).
- Minimum SPM qualification.
-Experience in IT Support, Networking, or a graduate from Computer Science/Information Technology (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Able to communicate effectively in Malay, English, and Chinese.
- Computer literate (MS Windows & Networking).
- Good attitude and attendance record.
- Able to work effectively in a team.
Candidate who can start work immediately is preferred.
