Congratulations to Anaesthesia team for winning the Bronze Award at IIDEX 2025 (Invention, Innovation & Design Exposition) held on 28–30 October 2025 at DATC UiTM Shah Alam.

The project “SMART PAIN RELIEF: Audio-Visual Guidance for Patient-Centred Pain Control”, led by Dr Asmah & Dr Nik Nawwar, aims to empower safer PCA use, improve patient understanding and boost confidence through clear, standardised audiovisual guidance.

Another meaningful step towards safer, smarter pain care.

In conjunction with the recent National Anaesthesia Day 2025 celebration, the Department of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care UiTM along with Persatuan Tukang Bius have organised 'When Nature Meets Nerve' at Denai Cadamba, UiTM Puncak Alam on 25th October 2025.
