Assalamualaikum and hi everyone!

Recently, our students learned about the amazing tourism destinations around Malaysia 🇲🇾 and discovered how to promote our beautiful country to tourists. How would you describe Malaysia to someone visiting for the first time? 🤔

1. Map and the places 📍

Students learned the basic elements of simple visuals and create drawings about map showing tourism places in Malaysia

2. Grammar Lesson 1 (Sequence Words) ✍️

Students write short texts to describe a visit to a tourism place using sequence words such as first, next, then, and finally.

3. Grammar lesson 2 (Comparative Adjectives)

Students also practiced using comparative adjectives like bigger, smaller, and more beautiful to describe places and compare different tourism attractions.

Theme: Ramadhan Routine (Kampung Life vs City Life)

1. Ramadhan routine
Students learned the basic elements of simple visuals and created drawings on flashcards based on the theme.

2. Oral presentation
Students wrote short texts to explain their flashcards and presented their ideas to the class, focusing on the differences between Ramadhan routines in kampung and city.

3. Grammar Lesson
Students learnt prepositions such as in, on, at and from by using them in their writings.

🌌 A Day in My Galaxy

Students imagined living inside a unique and extraordinary galaxy. They described how stars shine, planets move, and cosmic dust glows throughout the day.

2. ✏️ Grammar Focus: Sentence Structuring

Students practised building clear and creative sentences to describe their galaxy. They learned to use adjectives, linking words, and different sentence types to make their ideas more detailed and interesting.

3. 📝 Short Essay Writing

Students wrote a short essay about their imaginary galaxy using simple paragraph structure. They introduced their galaxy, described its special features, and ended with a closing idea.

4. 🎤 Oral Presentation

Students presented their galaxy to the class using confident speaking skills. They practised clear pronunciation, eye contact, and complete sentences to explain their galaxy’s features.
