It is a biannual program designed to equip club executive committee members with the skills, role-specific knowledge and resources needed to run a successful club.

It was a wonderful opportunity to meet fellow leaders from Division S! Every club officer has gained deeper insight into their roles, discovered new ways to grow and improve, and strengthened their leadership journey. From one Toastmaster to another, we exchanged experiences, shared challenges and learned valuable lessons that will guide us in serving our clubs more effectively.

Together, we continue to make our clubs strong, supportive and successful while empowering members to reach their fullest potential.
