西方漫画角色(超人，蝙蝠侠等)也可接受哦

Cosplay isn't locked within the area of Japan anime
Western comic characters (Superman, Batman, etc) are also acceptable

Ladies and Gentlemen,
We hereby would like to announce that this coming UCE will be our LAST UCE (Finale).
Don't regret this chance to join us, as there will not be having anymore UCE anymore.
Participants may not be required but encouraged to cosplay while joining this event. We will be having photo taking session provided for participants to take photos with their favored characters.
Our event will begin in 7PM sharp, 2nd of July at Multipurpose Hall of UTAR Kampar Heritage Building.
