Westlake International School (WIS) is a co-educational international school, offering British-based curriculum. Classes at WIS commenced in January 2013, with students from Year 2 to Year 9. As the number of students grow, WIS grew with them to prepare Year 10 and Year 11 students for the Cambridge IGCSE Exams. WIS employs teachers with prior teaching experience. The school's commitment to provid

ing quality education is reflected in its continuous professional training and development. Designed by an award-winning architecture firm, the campus is purpose-built to support WIS's belief that ecological sustainability and environmental protection are essential. It is equipped with academic and sporting facilities such as swimming pool, indoor gymnasium, football field, auditorium, science and computer labs, music and dance rooms. On-campus boarding is available for outstation students. The campus is located in Kampar, an education hub, home to approximately 18,000 students from University Tunku Abdul Rahman (UTAR) and Kolej Tunku Abdul Rahman (KTAR). Kampar is easily accessible via double-rail track and highways, mere 2 hours away by car or train from Malaysia's capital city, Kuala Lumpur. This serene town; away from busy cities, provides a conducive and secure environment for a child to develop in a wholesome manner - not only academically but also socially and in character.
