Sabda Nabi;

Eid-ul-Adha is celebrated on the 10th day of Dhu-al-Hijjah, the final month of the Islamic lunar calendar. Its date depends on the official sighting of the moon, marking the end of the sacred pilgrimage of Hajj — a journey that is a religious duty for all Muslims who meet specific conditions, and one of the Five Pillars of Islam.

This meaningful celebration honours the unwavering faith and obedience of Prophet Ibrahim (AS), who was willing to sacrifice his beloved son, Ismail (AS), as an act of submission to Allah SWT. At the crucial moment, Allah SWT replaced Ismail with a ram, signifying that the sacrifice was fulfilled. Hence, Eid-ul-Adha is known as the Festival of Sacrifice, a reminder of devotion, submission, and the spirit of giving.

From all of us at Little Caliphs®, we wish you and your family a blessed and joyful Eid Mubarak.
