Shambala Kidz Leadership Pre-school is the first and best premium leadership preschool in Malaysia. As an old saying goes, the child is father of the man.

We aim for each child to enter as a student and graduate as a leader. Each marvellous achievement in this world is reached under the leadership of great leaders. A remarkable leader will affect surrounding people and things and bring them a positive outcome by his/her own personality. To this end, we believe the world needs more leaders to lead society towards a better future. So SKLPS chooses to

focus on field of early childhood education, is committed to be an incubator for nurturing outstanding leaders of the world, and tries to devote efforts for our next generations together with the parents who share a common view of the world. In order to better implement this idea, our founder spent many years to travel to China, United States, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Britain, Canada and other countries to visit hundreds of top-notch public and private kindergartens and communicate with and learn from world's top elites of preschools, so as to integrate their advanced education system, teaching modes and management systems. After integration, we invited 20 early childhood education talents from different countries and elites of related fields to build a research and development team of education system, so as to create a comprehensive education system with core educational philosophy of leadership qualities. In the end, our R & D team took two years to build a successful system of SKLDP at a cost of nearly RM 1.2 million. The system consists of 18 leadership elements, including language basics, diet plan, physical development, intellectual development, moral education, creativity and innovation, communication skills, teamwork, planning ability, decision-making ability, coping strategy, communication skills, speech skills, ex*****on, time management, financial management, risk management, science and logic. At present, we are still engaged in active improvement of our education system, because we believe if we pay more efforts, SKLPS will finally be the world’s best kindergarten, just like a shiny star lighting up way up high. Let us devote efforts together for a better new world and promising future, so that our next generation can live better in that future.

Shambala Treasure Adventure Day 2026 🔍🍃

Our little explorers stepped into an exciting treasure journey with telescopes and compasses in hand, discovering new paths, solving challenges, and navigating their way through fun adventures together. Every clue uncovered sparked curiosity, teamwork, and excitement as they explored the world around them like true adventurers. 🔭🧭✨

To our amazing parents, thank you for being part of this beautiful journey with us. Your enthusiastic participation, support, and joyful spirit brought so much warmth and excitement to the day. Watching your families laugh, play, run, and create precious memories together was truly priceless. 💕👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Beyond the activities, it was also a special opportunity to strengthen parent-child bonds while allowing children to build confidence, teamwork, resilience, and leadership through play and exploration.

From exciting challenges and teamwork adventures to endless smiles and laughter, our little leaders enjoyed a fun-filled day packed with meaningful experiences and unforgettable moments. 🎉🌟

We are also incredibly grateful to share that through our Charity Fundraising Sale, together we successfully raised RM6,180! 🎉💖 Every contribution, no matter how big or small, became a meaningful act of kindness and love.

We believe learning goes beyond the classroom. Through experiences like these, children are given opportunities to explore, connect, lead, and grow while creating memories that will stay with them for years to come.

Lastly, thank you to our dedicated coaches, supportive parents, and our wonderful little leaders for making Shambala Treasure Adventure Day 2026 such a huge success! We are so proud of each and every one of you. 🙌✨
