Yesterday we had an eventful *combined birthday cm National Day celebration*~
Poem recitation competition, patriotic songs, traditional dance, quiz, games and birthday celebration!

In conjunction with our project theme "Supermarket", we had run a role play in the school.
Let’s see how our young children were promoting and selling the food! They managed to sell off all the food. Great job! A good experience to get children involved in the process of selling and buying using real money!

Thank you all parents for allowing yr children to take part, and also helping your children to prepare the food!

Do not forget to refresh and learn new things during the school break! Today, all teachers had attended an in-house training on Montessori lessons. After the sharing session from the trainer Ms Kim, we now have a better understanding on how children learn, from concrete foundation to abstract, and also moving on to solve Mathematics problems faster.

We appreciate Ms Kim for sharing her knowledge and skills with us that really impressed and are beneficial to us.

Last but not least, we had a blessed opportunity to get together and enjoy nice food at a restaurant after the workshop!
