RoboCup Malaysia Open 2025 | 14–18 August 2025

RoboCup brings together students, researchers and industry to push the limits of intelligent robots. RoboCup@Home league challenges teams to build human-service robots that sense, reason and assist people in everyday environments: Navigation, Object Manipulation, Human–Robot Interaction and Intelligence.

From late-night builds to last-minute debugging, UTAR RoboCup@Home teams showed what hard work and curiosity produce. At RoboCup Malaysia Open 2025, UTAR@Home EDU team won the CHAMPIONSHIP — a true testament to research-led engineering. We also earned Best Paper and Best Oral Presentation, recognition for both our technical results and how we communicate them.

Huge thanks to the Malaysia AI Robotics Society (MARS) for organizing, to our supervisors and sponsors for their guidance, and to every teammate for their dedication and support. This week belongs to the entire UTAR robotics family — let’s carry this momentum into the next challenge✨
