🏎️💨 POV: When students try to imitate the sound of an F1 car 😂

F1 fever may be over, but the excitement is still here! 🏁😆

After last weekend’s F1 action, we brought some of that racing spirit into our robotics class — with a little creativity, laughter, and some very unique engine sounds! 🤣

Because learning robotics isn’t just about building and coding. It’s also about thinking creatively, exploring ideas, and enjoying the learning journey together. 🤖⚙️

Who knows? Maybe one day, these little engineers will be designing the technology behind the next generation of racing cars! 🏎️🚀

The next exciting chapter of IYRC is coming!
Following the successful IYRC ASEAN 2026 in Malaysia, we are excited to invite our IYRC ASEAN community, partners, schools, coaches and young innovators to join us in Shenzhen, China for the 14th International Youth Robotics & Artificial Intelligence Competition (IYRC China 2026)!

With the 33rd APEC Economic Leaders’ Meeting taking place in Shenzhen in 2026, IYRC China 2026 will be held as one of the youth international science, technology and cultural exchange programmes in conjunction with the 2026 APEC Meeting.

Young innovators from different countries and regions will come together to compete, create, collaborate and exchange ideas through robotics, Artificial Intelligence, STEM and technology.

🚀 From a Problem to a Solution!

Our students noticed that traditional handheld timers can sometimes be inaccurate — so instead of just accepting it, they decided to build their own solution! 🤖

Using 2 ESP32 boards + ultrasonic sensors, they created a smart timer where both devices communicate with each other through Wi-Fi. 📡

💡 Real-world problem → Engineering idea → Working solution

This is what we want our students to experience: not just learning how to code, but learning how to identify problems, create solutions, and make the world a little better. 🌍

The best part? They built it themselves. 🔥
