端午节即将来临，趁着假期就让孩子们一起动手制作特别的果冻粽子！🥭🍇🐉

透明Q弹的果冻里，搭配了香甜的芒果、多汁的葡萄和鲜艳的火龙果，不仅色彩缤纷，还清凉解暑，让人看了就忍不住想尝一口呢！😋

制作过程中，孩子们认真地将水果放入模袋子中，小心翼翼地完成每一个步骤。看着自己亲手制作的果冻粽子慢慢成形，大家都充满期待，脸上洋溢着开心的笑容。❤️

通过动手制作，不仅锻炼了孩子们的专注力和创造力，也让他们体验到了制作美食的乐趣。看着成品完成的那一刻，孩子们都感到满满的成就感呢！🎉

Today, the children had a wonderful time making their own jelly rice dumplings! 🥭🍇🐉
Filled with sweet mangoes, juicy grapes, and vibrant dragon fruit, these colorful jelly treats were not only refreshing and delicious but also perfect for cooling down on a warm day. 😋
The children carefully placed the fruits into the molds and eagerly followed each step of the process. As they watched their jelly rice dumplings take shape, excitement filled the room and smiles spread across their faces. ❤️
This hands-on activity helped develop their creativity, concentration, and fine motor skills while allowing them to experience the joy of making their own food. The sense of achievement on their faces when they saw the finished creations was truly priceless! 🎉

🌳 Treetop Adventure 🌳
来到孩子们既期待又害怕的挑战环节
站在高高的平台上，看着脚下的距离，再看看眼前不断摇晃的绳索与各种高难度障碍物，不少同学瞬间紧张起来。
平时在课室里活力十足的他们，这一刻终于开始怀念起和老师一起坐在课室安逸上课的日子了。😆
“老师，你虐待我们！” “老师，你做么安排这样难的活动！” “老师，我很怕叻”
虽然嘴里不断喊累、喊怕，但孩子们依然一步一步向前迈进。
有些同学在平台上犹豫了许久， 有些同学鼓起勇气跨出第一步， 也有些同学在朋友和老师的鼓励下，成功完成原本以为自己做不到的挑战。
高度带来的恐惧是真实的， 绳索的摇晃是真实的， 障碍的难度也是真实的。
但更真实的是，他们没有选择放弃。
当成功抵达终点时，脸上的笑容与成就感，远远胜过一路上的害怕与疲惫。
这一天，他们挑战的不只是高空障碍。
他们挑战的是自己的恐惧， 突破的是自己的极限， 收获的是对自己的信心。
成长，很多时候不是因为变得更厉害了， 而是明明害怕，却依然愿意勇敢向前。
为每一位完成挑战的孩子鼓掌！👏 因为你们战胜的，不是障碍物，而是曾经害怕的自己。

🌳 Treetop Adventure 🌳
One of the most exciting and nerve-racking parts.
Faced with towering heights, swaying ropes, and challenging obstacles, many students realised that this was far more difficult than they had imagined.
For the first time, some of them even started missing their comfortable lessons in the classroom with their teachers! 😆
"Teacher, it's so high!" "My legs are shaking!" "Teacher, this is torturing us!"
Although there were plenty of complaints about being tired, scared, and challenged, not a single student gave up.
Step by step, they pushed themselves forward.
Some paused to gather their courage before taking the next step.
Others relied on encouragement from their friends and teachers.
With determination and perseverance, they overcame obstacles and height that once seemed impossible.

The fear of heights was real. The swaying ropes were real. The challenging obstacles were real.
But so was their courage.

As each student reached the finish line, the sense of achievement on their faces was unforgettable. The smiles, laughter, and pride made every difficult step worthwhile.
This activity was more than just an adventure course.
It was an opportunity for the students to step outside their comfort zones, face their fears, and discover that they are capable of much more than they think.
Growth does not happen when everything feels easy.
Sometimes, growth happens when we are afraid, yet choose to keep moving forward.
Well done to every student who took on the challenge.

这个假期，中心也为中学生们安排了一场一日游。
这一天，我们把 Geography 课本带出了教室，走进了 Taman Tugu，把地理课搬进大自然里。

一路上，Jason老师走在队伍前方，为同学们讲解 Taman Tugu 的历史与发展。

走进森林步道后，课本里的知识仿佛活了起来。
孩子们亲眼看见了各种植物，
并现场学习它们的特征与生态价值。

有同学说： “这样上课比坐在冷气房里听老师讲课更有意思、更容易记得！”

而Nicol老师则默默走在队伍的最后方，观察着孩子们一路上的互动与成长。

沿途中，看见孩子们互相提醒：
“前面的树有刺，小心一点。”
“这里有红蚂蚁窝，别踩到。”
“注意野猴子，东西要拿好。”

除了提醒，还有关心与照顾。
“你还好吗？”
“要不要停下来休息一下？”
“来，喝点水吧。”
“很热吗？我帮你扇扇风。”

尾随队伍的Nicol老师不小心滑了一跤，
前方的同学们立刻回头关心，
纷纷询问有没有受伤。

这一幕幕，都被老师看在眼里，也暖在心里。

当然更多的声音是“老师，还有多久，很累啊！！”🤣

一趟出游，不只是单纯的玩乐。
孩子们收获的不仅是课本以外的知识，
更是在过程中学会了观察、关怀、合作与照顾他人。

老师与学生之间的距离拉近了，
朋友与朋友之间的情谊也更加深厚了。

跳出课室，
暂时放下手机，
看见的是不一样的世界，
收获的是最真实的体验与最深刻的成长。

因为有些知识，不在课本里； 有些成长，也是在旅途中悄悄发生的。

This school holiday, our centre organised a day trip for our secondary school students.

We took Geography out of the classroom and into nature by bringing our lesson to Taman Tugu.

Throughout the hike, Teacher Jason led the group and shared the history and background of Taman Tugu.
As we walked through the forest trails, students had the opportunity to see and learn about various plants and natural features that they had previously only encountered in their textbooks.

One student even commented that learning this way was far more engaging than sitting in an air-conditioned classroom listening to a lesson.

Meanwhile, Teacher Nicol quietly walked at the back of the group, observing the students' interactions and experiences along the journey.

It was heartwarming to see the students constantly looking out for one another.
"Watch out, there are thorns ahead." "Be careful, there's a red ant nest on the ground." "Keep your belongings safe from the monkeys."

Beyond the reminders, there were also moments of genuine care and concern.
"Are you okay?" "Do you need a short break?" "Would you like some water?" "It's quite hot, let me help fan you for a while."

At one point, Teacher Nicol accidentally slipped on the trail. The students immediately turned around to check if she was alright and offered their help without hesitation.

Every one of these moments was noticed by the teacher and deeply appreciated.
This trip was more than just a fun day out.
The students gained knowledge beyond their textbooks while learning valuable lesson
