📌事项：【学术课程】2026年5月份学期在籍生缴费须知

1. 在籍生缴费及选课期限：2026年5月4日（星期一）至5月25日（星期一）。
a) 学号以 262 # # 开头的学生无需缴付学杂费即可直接选课；宿舍生则须先缴付宿舍费后才能办理选课手续。

2. 在籍生于5月4日起可通过学生系统查询 2026年5月份学期的缴费单，请依循以下步骤：
a) 请以学号（例子：2420099） 及密码（身份证号码，例子：001231105555）登入学生系统：
http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp
b) 登入后，于左上角点击 “Registration Statement Printing” 即可查看及列印缴费单。

3. 在籍生可通过以下方式缴付学杂费：
a) E-payment系统：https://sys.newera.edu.my/fi/epayment/auth/login
▪️ 选择 I’m Current student 身份，以用户名（英文姓名 + 出生月/日：limzhiping1231）及密码（身份证号码：001231105555）登入。

📌 Re: [Academic Programme] Payment Instructions for May 2026 Semester Current Students

1. Payment and Subject Registration Period for Current Students: 4 May 2026 (Monday) to 25 May 2026 (Monday)
a) Students previously enrolled in the February 2026 semester (with Student ID starting with 262 # # ) may proceed with subject registration without payment of tuition and miscellaneous fees. However, residential students must first settle hostel fees before registering subjects.

2. Current students may view the registration statement for the May 2026 semester starting from 4 May 2026 via the student portal:
a) Log in using Student ID (e.g., 2420099) and password (NRIC number, e.g., 001231105555): http://cmsserver.newera.edu.my/cms4/stud/stud_login.asp
b) After logging in, click “Registration Statement Printing” at the top left corner to view and print the registration statement.

3. Current students may make payment for tuition fees using the following methods:
a) E-payment System: https://sys.newera.edu.my/fi/epayment/auth/login
▪️ Select the identity “I’m a Current student”.
▪️ Log in with username (NRIC name + birth month/day, e.g., limzhiping1231) and password (NRIC number, e.g., 001231105555).
▪️ Students who make payments through the E-payment system may proceed with subject registration on the student portal 15 minutes after completing payment.
b) Finance Department Counter
▪️ Students may pay in person at the Finance Department using a credit card or debit card. A printed copy of the registration statement must be presented to complete the payment process.

4. Students may view their payment receipt under “Payment Invoice/Receipt” in the student portal three (3) working days after completing payment.

5. Students who have been approved for the renewal of a tuition fee waiver are only required to pay the remaining balance. However, if the cumulative grade point average (CGPA) for the academic year falls below the renewal requirement following the release of the February 2026 semester results, the full tuition and miscellaneous fees for the current semester must be paid.

7. Students who fail to pay or register within the deadline will have their student status suspended, and their student ID card will be deactivated immediately, restricting access to classrooms, the library, computer labs, and hostel facilities.

🛎️ Important Reminder: Final Examination Rules and Regulations for February 2026 Semester 🛎️

Dear Students,

The final examinations will begin tomorrow. To ensure that all students can complete the examinations smoothly, please adhere to the following guidelines:

1. Dress Code 👕👗: Please dress appropriately for the exam. Avoid wearing revealing or unsuitable clothing. We also recommend bringing a jacket in case the exam hall is cold.

2. Prohibited Items 👜📱: Smartwatches, earphones, and other electronic devices, as well as any reference materials, are strictly prohibited in the exam hall. Please store these items in your bag. Mobile phones must be turned off or set to silent mode and placed under the desk before the exam starts.

3. Food and Drink 🍔🥤: No food or drinks are allowed in the exam hall. We suggest that you eat before the exam to avoid taking the exam on an empty stomach.

4. Required Items ✏️📒: Please bring your student ID and necessary stationery (such as pencils, pens, correction tape, correction fluid, erasers, etc.). If applicable, bring any permitted tools (such as calculators, rulers, etc.) as required for the exam subject.

5. Arrive Early ⏰: Please arrive at least 10 minutes before the exam starts to avoid delays and disruptions. Before entering the exam hall or room, check your assigned seating number on the notice board outside, except in the computer lab.
