兹通知，本校将于以下时段开放 2026年9月份学期学费减免申请，详情如下：
• 申请期限：2026年 9月 25日 （星期五）至 9月 29日（星期二）
，下午 5时正截止
（逾期申请，恕不受理）
一、申请对象与资格
A. 第一次申请学费减免者
🌸卓越学术表现学费减免（专业文凭课程 及 学士学位课程）
• 申请条件：上一学年累积平均成绩点数（CGPA）达 4.00
在籍生 / 升班生学费减免（专业文凭课程 及 学士学位课程）
• 申请条件：上一学年累积平均成绩点数（CGPA）达 3.75 – 3.99
🌸卓越学术表现学费减免（大学基础课程连读）
• 申请条件：
🍁SPM / O-Level 成绩要求：9A – 10A
🍁大学基础课程成绩（FCC / FIA）与学费减免额度：
~ CGPA 4.00：可 100% 学费、杂费及住宿费减免
~ CGPA 3.75 – 3.99：每长学期续领 RM 5,000.00
~ CGPA 3.00 – 3.74：每长学期续领 RM 3,000.00
~ CGPA 2.00 – 2.99：失去学费减免资格
🌸学优生学费减免（大学基础课程连读）
• 申请条件：
🍁SPM / O-Level 成绩要求：7A – 8A
🍁大学基础课程成绩（FCC / FIA）与学费减免额度：
~ CGPA 3.75 或以上：每长学期续领 RM 5,000.00
~ CGPA 3.00 – 3.74：每长学期续领 RM 3,000.00
~ CGPA 2.00 – 2.99：失去学费减免资格
B. 学费减免续领者
适用类别：
卓越学术表现学费减免、学优生学费减免、在籍生学费减免、升班生学费减免、多元文化学费减免、
独中校长推荐学费减免、体育生学费减免、中学校长推荐学费减免、大学基础课程/专升本学优生学费减免、
表演艺术优秀生学费减免
• 续领条件：上一学年 CGPA 达 2.00或以上
🌸学优生学费减免（专业文凭课程 - 8A）
• 续领条件：
~ 上一学年 CGPA 3.75 或以上：续享 100% 学费减免
~ 上一学年 CGPA 3.00 – 3.74：每长学期续领 RM 2,000.00
~ 上一学年 CGPA 2.00 – 2.99：无续领资格
🌸学优生学费减免（专业文凭课程 - 7A）
• 续领条件：
~ 上一学年 CGPA 3.75 或以上：每长学期续领 RM 3,000.00
~ 上一学年 CGPA 2.00 – 3.74：每长学期续领 RM 1,500.00
* 备注：凡获上述学费减免者，不得兼领本校其他学费优惠。
二、申请方式
符合资格的学生请于申请期限内，使用本校学生 Gmail 账号通过以下链接完成线上申请，并上载个人自传（PDF档）：

三、审批与缴费
i. 申请经奖贷学金委员会审核通过后，注册处将通过电邮发送结果
通知。本校的决定为最终决定，任何质询恕不受理。
ii. 获得学费减免者，其申请手续费 RM 50.00 将列入当学期缴费单
内。学生须登入学生系统下载缴费单，并依注册处规定的方式于
指定期限内完成缴费。

Please be informed that the application period for the Tuition Fee Waiver for the September 2026 semester is as follows:
• Application Period: 25 September 2026 (Friday) to 29 September
2026 (Tuesday), 5:00 pm
(Applications submitted after the stated deadline will not be
accepted under any circumstances.)
1. Eligibility
A. First-Time Applicants
🌸Excellence in Academic Performance Tuition Waiver (Diploma &
Bachelor’s Degree Programmes)
• Eligibility: Achieved a Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of
4.0 in the previous academic year.
🌸Current / Progressing Student Tuition Waiver (Diploma &
Bachelor’s Degree Programmes)
• Eligibility: Achieved a CGPA between 3.75 and 3.99 in the
previous academic year.
🌸Excellence in Academic Performance Tuition Waiver (Foundation
to Bachelor’s Degree Programme)
• Eligibility:
🍁SPM / O-Level Results Requirement: 9As – 10As
🍁Foundation Programme (FCC / FIA) Results and Tuition Fee
Waiver Entitlement:
~ CGPA 4.00: 100% tuition fee waiver, inclusive of
miscellaneous fees and hostel fees
~ CGPA 3.75 – 3.99: RM 5,000 per long semester
~ CGPA 3.00 – 3.74: RM 3,000 per long semester
~ CGPA 2.00 – 2.99: Not eligible for tuition fee waiver
🌸Student Excellence Tuition Waiver (Foundation to Bachelor’s
Degree Programme)
• Eligibility:
🍁SPM / O-Level Results Requirement: 7As – 8As
🍁Foundation Programme (FCC / FIA) Results and Tuition Fee
Waiver Entitlement:
~ CGPA 3.75 or above: RM 5,000 per long semester
~ CGPA 3.00 – 3.74: RM 3,000 per long semester
~ CGPA 2.00 – 2.99: Not eligible for tuition fee waiver
B. Renewal Applicants
Applicable Categories:
Excellence in Academic Performance Tuition Waiver, Student Excellence Tuition Waiver, Current Student Tuition Waiver, Progressing Student Tuition Waiver, Multi-Cultural Tuition Waiver, Chinese Independent High School Principal Recommended Student Tuition Waiver, Sports Student Tuition Waiver, Secondary School Principal Recommended Tuition Waiver, Progressing Student Tuition Waiver (Foundation/Diploma to Degree),
Excellence in Performing Arts Tuition Waiver
• Renewal Requirement: Achieved a CGPA of 2.00 or above in the
previous academic year.
🌸Student Excellence Tuition Waiver for Diploma Programme
(8As)
• Renewal Conditions:
~ CGPA 3.75 or above in the previous academic year: Continue
to receive 100% tuition fee waiver
~ CGPA 3.00 – 3.74 in the previous academic year: Continue to
receive RM 2,000 per long semester
~ CGPA 2.00 – 2.99 in the previous academic year: Not eligible
for renewal
🌸Student Excellence Tuition Waiver for Diploma Programme (7As)
• Renewal Conditions:
~ CGPA 3.75 or above in the previous academic year: Continue
to receive RM 3,000 per long semester
~ CGPA 2.00 – 3.74 in the previous academic year: Continue to
receive RM 1,500 per long semester
* Note: Recipients of the above tuition fee waivers not eligible to
concurrently receive any other tuition fee discounts offered by
New Era University College.
2. Application Procedure
Eligible students must complete the online application within the stipulated application period using their student Gmail account, and upload a personal statement in PDF format:

3. Approval and Payment
i. Applications will be reviewed by the Scholarship and Loan
Committee. Applicants will be notified of the application outcome
via email by the Registrar’s Office. The decision of the University
College shall be final, and no appeals or enquiries will be
entertained.
ii. For successful applicants, an application processing fee of
RM 50.00 will be included in the semester registration
statement. Students are required to log in to the student portal
to download the registration statement and settle all fees in
accordance with the instructions provided by the Registrar’s
Office within the stipulated deadline.
