昨天，
不只是一场培训，
更是一场
「 #为了孩子而停下来思考 」的相遇。
我们很感恩，
邀请到 #美香老师（Coach Eeva），
与槟城的园长团队、
同步线上参与的 KL 团队，
以及 HQ 团队，
一起完成了一场 【PDDIS Workshop】🤩
这一天，
我们重新回到一个很重要的核心
孩子，是在怎样的环境中成长的。
就像照顾一座花园🪴，
如果植物长得不好，
我们不会只急着修剪叶子、
或要求它「快点长好」。
我们会先停下来看看：
🌱 土壤是否健康
🌱 阳光是否充足
🌱 水，是否给得刚刚好
因为环境对了，
植物自然会长得稳、长得好。
孩子，也是一样。
孩子的情绪🥹
每天接触到的环境、
他与老师之间的关系、
被理解与被回应的方式，
甚至老师是否被好好支持、
园所的文化是否真的被实践
这些看不见的小细节，
都会一点一滴地影响
孩子怎么看自己，
也影响他如何面对这个世界。
在这一天，
我们也再次提醒自己：
园长的角色，从来不只是管理。
而是守住一个安全、温暖、稳定的环境，
让孩子可以 #安心探索、
#被尊重、 #被理解、
#慢慢建立对世界的信任。
这也是我们一直想为孩子做到的
🌱 孩子在这里，慢慢 #建立自信
🌱 家长可以真正 #安心
🌱 每一天，孩子都是 #带着笑容学习与成长
因为当环境对了，
孩子的光，
不需要被催促，
它会自然地长出来。
这，
就是我们想为孩子守住的空间。
也是我们每天，
默默坚持在做的事。🥰

Yesterday,
it wasn’t just a training session.
It was a moment where we chose to pause and reflect for the children.
We are deeply grateful to have 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐜𝐡 𝐄𝐞𝐯𝐚 (𝐌𝐞𝐢 𝐒𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐠) with us,
bringing together our Penang Principals,
our KL team joining online,
and our HQ team,
for a meaningful PDDIS Workshop 🤩
On this day,
we returned to a very important question:
What kind of environment are children growing up in?
Caring for children is like caring for a garden 🪴
When a plant doesn’t grow well,
we don’t rush to trim the leaves
or demand that it “grow faster”.
Instead, we pause and check:
🌱 Is the soil healthy?
🌱 Is there enough sunlight?
🌱 Is the water given just right?
Because when the environment is right,
growth happens naturally.
Children are the same.
Their emotions 🥹,
the environment they are in every day,
their relationship with teachers,
how they are understood and responded to,
whether teachers themselves are supported,
and whether the school culture is truly lived out
These invisible details,
little by little,
shape how children see themselves
and how they face the world.
This is why we reminded ourselves once again:
A principal’s role is not just management.
It is about safeguarding a safe, warm, and stable environment
where children feel secure to explore,
to be respected,
to be understood,
and to slowly build trust in the world around them.
This is what we want for every child at Dragonfly:

Because when the environment is right,
a child’s light does not need to be rushed.
It will grow, naturally.
This is the space we are committed to protecting for children.
And this is what we quietly坚持 every single day. 🥰
