On 24th April 2026, we are delighted to welcome Sr Paul Chan, Sr Giselle Chong and Sr Thomas Low from CBRE|WTW to interview top 10 students from Part 3 for CBRE|WTW Graduation Awards, organised by Dr Nurjihan binti Idris.

The students gained valuable exposure and experience in attending interviews and answering questions from industry partners. This interview is a first stage screening to shortlist participants for the final stage competition.

Our BSc Real Estate students were pleased to welcome the UEM Sunrise team to campus, last April, for an insightful career talk on property development and industry opportunities.

We were honoured to host Mr Mohd Hasreen Jaafar, Head of Operations for Gerbang Nusajaya at UEM Sunrise Berhad, who shared valuable perspectives on large-scale township development, industry practices, and career pathways within the property sector.

Students gained a deeper understanding of how developments are planned, managed, and delivered, while also learning about the skills and opportunities available in the real estate industry.

On 8 April 2026, we were delighted to welcome the Savills team to our campus for an engaging career talk with our BSc Real Estate students.

We were honoured to host Marcus Chia and Fong Kean Hwa, who shared valuable insights into the real estate industry, current market trends, and career opportunities within property consultancy and research.

Students also benefited from practical career advice and had the opportunity to engage directly with experienced industry professionals.
