EC Global Academy proudly marked an exciting milestone with the launch of its very first Lion Dance class. The session was filled with energy, enthusiasm, and curiosity as students gathered to experience this vibrant cultural art form.

Under the guidance of experienced instructors, students were introduced to the basics of lion dance, including fundamental movements, coordination, and rhythm. From learning how to handle the lion head to synchronizing steps with the drum beats, every moment was both educational and enjoyable.

The class not only provided students with a fun and active experience but also helped them appreciate the rich cultural heritage behind lion dance. It encouraged teamwork, discipline, and confidence—values that align closely with EC Global Academy’s holistic approach to education.

The successful start of this first class sets the stage for many more engaging sessions ahead. We look forward to seeing our students grow in skill and passion as they continue their lion dance journey!

EC Global Academy’s Chinese New Year visitation to the Old Folks Home was a heartwarming celebration filled with joy, laughter, and togetherness. Through meaningful conversations, festive performances, and thoughtful gifts, we shared the spirit of the season and brought smiles to the seniors’ faces. It was a meaningful reminder that kindness and companionship are the greatest blessings of all during the New Year. 🧧✨

Friday Activity: Onigiri Making Class

Today’s Friday activity featured a fun and engaging Onigiri Making Class!
Students learned how to shape traditional Japanese rice balls and got creative with various fillings and toppings. It was a hands-on session that helped them build teamwork, follow instructions, and enjoy the cultural experience.

Everyone had a great time making (and tasting!) their own onigiri. 🍙✨
