各位家长们/监护人你们好，
Greeting to all the parents/guardians

面对2020年在本国爆发的新型冠状病毒疫情（COVID-19），根据《1988年疾病控制法令》及《1967年警察法令》，马来西亚首相慕尤丁通过电视直播正式颁布从3月18日起至3月31日（暂定）实施2019冠狀病毒病马来西亚限制活动令（部分传媒译为“行动管制令”），在全国实施了“限制活动”的防范措施：

1. 国内所有行动和群聚皆禁止进行，包括宗教、体育、社交及文化活动；所有商店也必须关闭，除了超市、巴刹、杂货店和出售日常用品的便利店等除外。

2. 禁止全国人民出国；刚从海外回国的人民，则需进行身体检查，并自行隔离长达14天。

3. 所有外国游客和到访者都禁止入境我国。

4. 关闭所有幼儿园、政府及私人学校，包括日间学校、寄宿学校、国际学校、宗教学校及其他中小学。

5. 关闭全国所有政府、私人高等学府，包括技术培训学院。

6. 关闭政府与私人界单位，除了提供各种重要服务的单位，包括水、电、能源、通讯、邮寄、交通、水域、石油、天然气、燃料、广播、金融、银行、卫生、药局、消拯局、监狱、港口、机场、安全、国防、清洁、杂货及食物供应单位。

At 10:00PM on 16 March, Prime Minister of Malaysia Muhyiddin Yassin made a televised speech and officially promulgated the restricted activities order under the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases Act 1988 and the Police Act 1967. The Movement Control Order that is enforced from 18 March 2020 to 31 March 2020 included a comprehensive restriction of population movement, a preventive measure towards the 2019–20 coronavirus pandemic (COVID-19) to reduce the spread of COVID-19 infection in Malaysia:

1. General prohibition of mass movements and gatherings across the country including religious, sports, social and cultural activities. To enforce this prohibition, all houses of worship and business premises should be closed, except for supermarkets, public markets, grocery stores and convenience stores selling everyday necessities.

2. Sanctions cover all Malaysians travelling abroad. For those who have just returned from overseas, they are required to undergo a health check and to do a quarantine (or self quarantine) for 14 days.

3. Restrictions on the entry of all tourists and foreign visitors into the country.

4. Closure of all kindergartens, government and private schools including daily schools, boarding schools, international schools, tahfiz centres and other primary, secondary and pre-university institutions.

5. Closure of all public and private higher education institutions (IPTs) and skills training institutes nationwide.

6. Closure of all government and private premises except those involved in essential services (water, electricity, energy, telecommunications, postal, transportation, irrigation, oil, gas, fuel, lubricants, broadcasting, finance, banking, health, pharmacy, fire, prison, port, airport, safety, defence, cleaning, retail and food supply.

*因此为了配合全国行动管制令，本园学校假期将延长至3月31日以配合应对新型冠状病毒疫情在本国所采取的措施。*

*Therefore the one-week school holiday has been extended until March 31 to curb movement of people in view of the COVID-19 spike.*

各位家长们/监护人你们好，基于近数月以来全球各地爆发新型冠状病毒疫情，影响社会大众的健康和生活作息，各方政府与当地企业、学府、公共场所（宗教、商场、广场）、各个机构组织都积极采取防疫措施例如体温检测、居家隔离、环境清消毒工作等以防病毒在人群中传播。

很快的2020年第一学期的一周假期即将开始，校方在此呼吁各位家长/监护人与孩子们在家中有很好的休息之余，请采取以下几项防范措施来提高对环境卫生的意识并保护自己减低感染风险：

1. 请减少外出或避免到人流量较多/人群密集的地方
2. 在家中保持卫生整洁：为孩子的玩具或日常用品消毒，家中成员常用肥皂或消毒酒精成分的洗手液洗手，经常为家中常触摸的门把、门闩、遥控器等消毒
3. 若有身体不适者请立即就医

盼望大家能够给予100%合作，照顾自身与环境卫生，为自己和家人、孩子，也为他人尽一分力，共同防疫！

Dear parents/guardians, due to the global outbreak of Coronavirus (CoVID-19), which caused a lot of problems and inconvenience on public health and each individuals' routines. The government are working hardly with local company, institutes, public areas like religious sites, malls and other organisations take precautionary measures such as temperature checks, home-based quarantine, premises disinfection to prevent virus dissemination.

The 1st term of school holiday is starting soon, we would like to inform all the parents/guardians to take several precautions on increasing the awareness of public health and lowering the risk of infection:

1. Lessen outdoor activities/avoid the crowded areas
2. Maintain the personal hygiene as well as home: sanitise your kids' toys or personal belongings, every family members must use the hand soap or alcoholic-hand sanitiser to wash the hands regularly, sanitise the reachable and touchable things like door handle, remotes etc.
3. Kindly consult the doctor immediately when you're feeling uncomfortable (fever, flu, coughing, difficult on breathing etc.)

We're hope that 100% co-operation is all we need from you and your family, take good care on your personal health and the environment. Keep up the good effort and protect yourself from getting sick, for the sake of you and your family's health, as well as others!
