“来呀！谁要一起玩这个有趣的呼啦圈滚球游戏呢？”
孩子们用两只脚慢慢走，一边推动呼啦圈向前滚，到了终点后，再轻轻把球滚回起点。有的孩子发现走太快，呼啦圈会跑掉；有的孩子学会慢慢控制方向。孩子们在游戏中察觉自己的动作、速度和力量，开心地边玩边学习！

“Come and play this fun hula hoop rolling game together!”
The children slowly walk using both feet while pushing the hula hoop forward. When they reach the finish point, they gently roll the ball back to the starting point. Some children notice the hoop runs away when they walk too fast, while others learn how to control the direction slowly. Through the game, children become more aware of their movements, speed, and strength while learning happily through play!

Hubungan ibu bapa-anak adalah salah satu perkara yang sangat penting bagi ramai ibu bapa . Ini kerana hubungan yang baik antara ibu bapa dan anak boleh membantu ibu bapa untuk lebih memahami anak-anak mereka, dan juga membimbing kehidupan anak-anak dengan lebih berkesan . Ini juga mengapa ramai orang berkata: "Bermain dengan anak, bukan memerintah" . Jadi, adakah ibu bapa tahu bagaimana untuk menjadi "kawan" dengan anak-anak mereka Mungkin entri ini boleh menjawab keraguan ibu bapa .

孩子们钻进五颜六色的麻袋里，一边哈哈大笑，一边“扑通扑通”往前跳。
有的跳着跳着整个人“飞”出袋子，笑得东倒西歪；有的因为害怕跌倒，就用两只小脚小步小步慢慢往前“移动”；还有的小朋友会主动走向前陪伴朋友，一边带领、一边鼓励同伴继续完成挑战。

在一蹦一跳的欢乐气氛里，孩子们不仅训练了平衡力、协调力和下肢力量，也在游戏中学习坚持、勇敢尝试与互相帮助。现场此起彼落的笑声，让孩子们在快乐中自然培养社交与情绪能力。

The children happily hopped in colourful sack bags, laughing and bouncing their way forward. Some accidentally jumped out of their sacks, while others moved slowly with tiny little steps because they were afraid of falling. Some children even took the initiative to guide and encourage their friends to complete the challenge together.

Through this fun activity, the children developed balance, coordination, confidence, perseverance, and social skills in a joyful and natural way.

孩子们化身活泼的小猴子，在欢笑声中追逐小球，有的主动邀请朋友合作，有的耐心等待轮流。当抢不到球时，孩子学习调整情绪、继续尝试；成功抢到球时，也开心与同伴分享喜悦。在热闹有趣的游戏过程中，孩子逐渐建立自信，学习沟通、合作与情绪管理能力。

The children transformed into cheerful little monkeys, happily chasing after the balls together. Some eagerly invited friends to join, while others patiently waited for their turn. When they could not get the ball, they learnt to manage their emotions and keep trying. When they succeeded, they shared their joy with friends. Through this lively and enjoyable activity, children developed confidence, communication, cooperation, and emotional management skills.
