小学时期，我的学业成绩优异，也积极地参加了各项比赛并获奖无数，唯独需要登上舞台的比赛如演讲、诗歌朗诵、唱歌等，我都一律不参加，因为我没有自信，我害怕舞台。

中学开始，我参与了铜管乐队，开始与一群人走上舞台，并承担了室外指挥的职责，让我开始面对群众说话，过后也当上了乐队的助教，渐渐地习惯面对群众，开始热爱舞台。

踏入社会，我参加了口才培训的课程，大幅度地增强了我的口才技能以及提升了我的自信，踏上 #主持 与 #演讲 之路，从此迷恋舞台，而且爱得还无法自拔。😂

我从一名只面对工程图纸以及电脑的专业工程师，到公司副经理以及主管，以及现在的全职主持人与讲师，这段路程不可思议，是极大的转变。

现在，我不只自己热爱舞台，身为 #培训师、 #口才教练、以及 #英歌舞教练 的我，更得栽培我的学员们跟我一样热爱舞台，极力地提升他们的自信！

我爱故我在，我在故我爱。爱我所做，做我所爱！
因为热爱，我们有了源源不断的动力与自信；
因为自信，我们才可以在各自领域发光发热！

During my primary school years, I was an outstanding student academically. I also actively participated in various competitions and won countless awards. However, when it came to competitions that required me to step onto a stage—such as public speaking, poetry recitation, or singing—I would never take part. Simply because I lacked confidence. I was afraid of the stage.

When I entered secondary school, I joined the brass band and began stepping onto the stage together with a group of people. I was later given the responsibility of being an outdoor conductor, which gradually pushed me to speak in front of crowds. Eventually, I became the band's assistant instructor. Little by little, I grew accustomed to facing an audience and gradually began to fall in love with the stage.

After entering the working world, I attended public speaking and communication training courses, which greatly enhanced my speaking skills and boosted my confidence. I then embarked on my journey as an and . From that moment on, I became completely captivated by the stage—and I simply couldn't get enough of it! 😂

From being a professional engineer whose daily life revolved around engineering drawings and computers, to becoming a company's Deputy Manager and supervisor, and eventually a full-time emcee and trainer today—this journey has been nothing short of incredible. It has been a tremendous transformation.

Today, I don't just love the stage myself. As a , , and , it is also my mission to nurture my students and inspire them to love the stage just as much as I do, while doing everything I can to help them build greater confidence!

I love, therefore I am. I am, therefore I love.
Love what I do, and do what I love!

Because of passion, we have a never-ending source of motivation and confidence;

And because of confidence, we are able to shine and make a difference in our own respective fields!

一个结合了 #英歌舞、 #廿四节令鼓、 #舞狮 与 #舞龙 的剧场式演出，昨晚终于实现了！

从脑海里最初的一个想象，
到一遍又一遍的讨论与调整；
从一次又一次的排练与修改，
到昨晚终于华丽登场，闪耀地呈现在众人面前……

这一路走来，让我更加坚信，一个成功的方程式是：

勇猛发愿、周密规划、认真执行、精进坚持、严格要求。

我们的起点并不高，而在前进的过程中，更是荆棘满途、坎坷不断，困难重重，各种问题仿佛排山倒海般迎面而来。

可是，我们没有低头，更没有放弃。

每当感到疲惫、迷茫，甚至想要放弃的时候，我们都会再次抬起头，仰望那个期待已久的愿景；然后咬紧牙根，继续奋斗，不断前进。

因为我们知道——
梦想，从来都不会自动实现；所有令人惊艳的呈现，背后都藏着无数次不为人知的坚持。

终点固然令人期待，但对我而言，过程更加重要。

在整个训练过程中，我不只是教孩子们跳英歌舞，更希望通过英歌舞中的英雄精神，教育他们做人。

教育他们勇猛精进，
教育他们认真积极，
教育他们勇于承担责任，
教育他们面对困难不轻易退缩，
更教育他们什么是团队精神。

因为我始终相信：

我们今天训练的，不只是一支英歌队；
我们希望培养的，更是一群拥有责任感、毅力与团队精神的年轻人。

第一场演出已经圆满落幕，但这并不是终点，而只是一个新的开始。

未来，还有更长的路要走；
还有更多的梦想，等待我们去实现；
还有更高的舞台，等待我们去征服！

It is complete. A dream has come true! ❤️

A theatrical performance that combines ( ), , , and finally became a reality last night!

What began as an idea born purely from imagination gradually took shape through countless rounds of discussions and adjustments, rehearsals and refinements. And last night, it finally made its beautiful debut, shining brightly before everyone!

This entire journey has made me believe even more firmly in this formula for success:

Make a courageous aspiration, plan meticulously, execute wholeheartedly, persevere with determination, and uphold high standards.

Not only did we start from a humble beginning, but the journey was also filled with obstacles, setbacks and countless difficulties. Problems came at us like overwhelming waves.

But we did not lower our heads, we didn't gave up.

Whenever we raised our heads and looked towards the vision we had been waiting so long to achieve, we gritted our teeth, kept fighting, and continued moving forward.

The destination may be something to look forward to, but to me, the journey is even more important.

Throughout the training process, I have not only been teaching the children Yingge Dance. I have also been teaching them about the noble qualities of the heroes represented in Yingge Dance—teaching them to strive for continuous improvement with courage, to be responsible, to be serious and proactive, and to understand the true meaning of teamwork.

Our first performance has come to an end, but there is still a much longer road ahead of us...

这张大合照，对我来说意义非凡。

在如此庞大的人群之中，我看见了渺小的自己；
在如此宏大的舞台之上，我也看见了自己对舞台那份始终不变的热爱。

很多人都说：「成功，需要一个很好的起跑点。」

我认为，一个好的起跑点固然重要；
可是，更重要的是，即使我们没有优越的起点，也要拥有踏出第一步的勇气、跌倒后重新站起来的决心，以及一路坚持、持续向前的毅力。

每一次丰盛的收成，都离不开曾经弯腰低头、默默耕耘的过程；
每一次自信而亮丽的呈现，背后也都凝聚着无数汗水与努力。

使命感与热忱，让我们不惧艰辛，无畏挫折；
让我们一步一脚印，不断努力做好自己。

也许，我们在人群中只是渺小的一个；
但只要不断努力，总有一天，我们也能走向属于自己的舞台，散发属于自己的光芒。

中华文化的传承与发扬，从来都不是一个人的责任，而是我们每一个人的使命。

This group photo is truly meaningful to me.

Among such a massive crowd, I see how small I am;
yet, on such a grand stage, I also see my unwavering passion and love for the stage.

Many people say, “Success requires a good starting point.”

I believe that while a good starting point is certainly important, what matters even more is having the courage to take the first step, even when we are not blessed with ideal conditions; the determination to rise again after every fall; and the perseverance to keep moving forward.

Every abundant harvest comes from the days when we bend down, work hard, and quietly cultivate the seeds we have planted.
Every confident and remarkable performance is also built upon countless drops of sweat and relentless effort.

A sense of mission and passion gives us the strength to endure hardships and face setbacks without fear.
They inspire us to take one step at a time and continuously strive to become better versions of ourselves.

Perhaps, among the crowd, each of us is just a small and humble individual.
But as long as we keep working hard, one day, we will step onto a stage that belongs to us and shine with a light that is uniquely our own.

The preservation and promotion of Chinese culture have never been the responsibility of just one person; they are a mission that belongs to all of us.

人生中，我们都经历了很多次的毕业典礼，
从幼儿园、小学、中学到大学，
我也穿过好几件毕业袍。
但是，我更感恩的是，
可以以我的专业与兴趣，
穿着毕业袍，握着麦克风，
为别人主持他们的毕业典礼，
用我的音声祝贺与祝福很多人，
见证了一批又一批毕业生的成就。

In life, we experience many graduation ceremonies — from kindergarten and primary school to secondary school and university.

I’ve also worn several graduation gowns along the way.

But what I’m even more grateful for is having the opportunity to combine my profession with my passion — putting on a graduation gown, holding a microphone, and hosting graduation ceremonies for others.

Through my voice, I get to offer congratulations and blessings to so many graduates, while witnessing one graduating class after another celebrate their achievements and embark on a new chapter of life.
