Reflections After Visiting Preschools in Penang and Kulim

Over the past two days, I visited several preschools in Penang and Kulim. While many of them did not have luxurious facilities or corporate-style management, what stood out was their genuine commitment to educating children.

I saw passionate teachers, meaningful learning experiences, and a strong focus on children’s growth and well-being. What impressed me most was their approach to working with parents. Rather than adopting a people-pleasing attitude, they communicated with honesty, professionalism, and empathy, always focusing on what was best for the child.

This visit reminded me that the true strength of a preschool is not found in its buildings or decorations, but in the dedication of its educators, the trust built with families, and the commitment to providing quality early childhood education.

At the heart of every great preschool is a shared belief: children deserve adults who genuinely care, guide, and grow alongside them.

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years teaching experience in kindergarten or preschool
✅ Possess at least a Diploma in Early Childhood Education or related field
✅ Strong classroom management and leadership skills
✅ Able to guide and mentor junior teachers
✅ Passionate about children's learning and development
✅ Creative, responsible, and committed to teaching excellence
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
✅ Able to plan, implement, and evaluate quality learning activities



👩‍🏫 TASKA SENIOR TEACHER

Requirements:
✅ Minimum 1 year working experience in childcare or early childhood education
✅ Possess a valid Kursus Asuhan PERMATA (KAP) certificate
✅ Passionate, caring, and patient with children
✅ Good communication and teamwork skills
✅ Responsible and committed to children's development

It’s truly wonderful to see our children slowly learning the value of silent reading. 📚✨

Just look at how focused and engaged they are while reading quietly on their own. The classroom atmosphere was so calm and peaceful — everyone fully immersed in their books. We felt genuinely impressed seeing the whole class in complete silence mode, concentrating so beautifully.

Silent reading is not only about reading words,
it is also helping children to build:
