Although it's just a simple comic, it reflects our everyday lives.

Sometimes we struggle with failure. Sometimes the reward never comes. Sometimes we feel misunderstood. Sometimes we just want to stay down.

But don't give up.

It's only one moment in your journey.

One day, you'll look back and realize that every fall made you stronger.

Meet Acorn 🌱
Small enough to hold in your hand, yet inside it lives the whole oak β€” roots, branches, and all. The storms never break an acorn; they only push its roots deeper. That is resilience, and it is the R at the heart of our ZERA-OS.
Every child who walks through our doors is an acorn. We don’t add the tree β€” we simply give it good ground to grow. 🌳

Small boats out, feet sinking into the mud β€” are there fish hiding down there? 🐟 Our students poked about, laughed when they got stuck, and didn't mind getting dirty one bit. Some of the best learning happens when nobody's trying too hard.

After all that striking and waiting, the fire was strong enough to cook on πŸ”₯ Sweet potatoes went in, bread went on, hotdogs followed, and marshmallows came last. Nothing tasted as good as food cooked over a fire you made yourself β€” proof that staying with it, even when it's hard, is worth it in the end.

By now, a few groups had a proper fire going β€” others were still striking away πŸ”₯ Turns out fire-making is really two skills at once: working the stone, and reading the wind. Once the first flame caught, it was straight to finding bigger sticks to keep it alive. Smoky, messy, hands a bit sore β€” but watching a fire grow from nothing is its own kind of reward.

Each group had their teacher beside them, hands moving, sticks turning, but the fire wasn't coming easy πŸ”₯ Minutes passed, then more minutes β€” still no flame. But nobody stopped. That's the real lesson, long before any spark shows up: you keep going even when it isn't working yet.

With leaves and sticks in hand, our students sat down to think before they built anything πŸ’¨ They checked which way the wind blew, looked at the ground beneath them, and worked out the right order to stack it all. Fire isn't just about lighting a match β€” it starts with paying attention.
