The ATU-Net Webinar for 2025 was successfully conducted virtually on Zoom, with the theme "Quantum Meets AI: Shaping Tomorrow's Technology".
Highlighting the topics of ๐ฌ๐ฎ๐ฝ ๐ฌ๐๐ป๐ด ๐ฆ๐๐ฒ๐ป, the webinar welcomed 40 participants from various countries and backgrounds.
Some key points that can be derived are:
1. Post-quantum blockchain is vital to secure AI systems and maintain digital trust amidst quantum threats.
2. AI and post-quantum blockchain must converge now to ensure ethical, accountable and resilient autonomous systems.
3. Quantum computing has the potential to generate $1-2 trillion in economic value across four industries (chemicals, life sciences, finance and mobility) by 2035.
4. Universities are launching programs in quantum computing to prepare students for industry demands and innovation.
5. Quantum technologies present both opportunities and risks, necessitating strong governance and responsible policies for adoption.
6. Organisations must invest in hybrid quantum-classical systems and post-quantum cryptography to avoid security failures.
7. Quantum computing is not designed to replace personal computers but to complement or replace large-scale supercomputers for specific complex tasks.
We hope this webinar provides useful information and increases participantsโ understanding and interest in the topic.
Look forward to seeing you at our upcoming events!
Thank you.
