“Sulaiman has joined Kumon for a few weeks. We are happy to see the significant changes in his learnings!”

The parents noticed changes in his child despite that Sulaiman has just enrolled in Kumon for 2 months.

“We are happy to see that he starts building study routines at home and this is very good way to shape his self-discipline.”

“He is able to sit still and focus to finish 10 sheets of homework at one go. Of course, there are days he shows some frustrations, especially worksheets that he takes more time to complete. But we constantly give him encouragement. Rather, he is very enthusiastic to go for Kumon classes.”

The mum added, “Before Kumon, he used to write mirror image numbers and number writing sizes was inconsistent. I scolded him but to no avail. Now he has changed. He listens to the teachers’ instruction and makes changes quickly.”

The parents shared that prior to Kumon, they were comparing Kumon with another Maths learning centre. However, upon joining the assessment and parents briefing in Kumon, they enrol Sulaiman in Kumon without hesitation because of its individualise based learning which is differ from the kindergarten syllabus.

We will definitely suggest new parents to Kumon (Mount Austin) as the teachers are committed and they know the students well.

As a parent, we have also learned new things in educating our child together with Kumon!

I really like the way how Kumon worksheets help young kids LEARN HOW TO LEARN!

Sulaiman, a 5 years old boy who has just enrolled Kumon for 2 months, has started building his foundations in Kumon through enhancing:

- focus and concentration skills
- pencil controls ability
- number sequencing
- stamina to do 10 sheets at one go
- thinking hard and carefully before writing answers

These are not only skills the young ones pick up, they LEARN HOW TO LEARN, which will make a difference in their learning journey as they grow!

In Kumon, students study at their own pace and progress according to their ability. This allows them to acquire the chance to study advance and go beyond school levels.

Students who study advance will be recognized and rewarded with medals 🏅 and
certificates.

For year 2024, we have another 2.5 months to go before by the cut off date by the end of December.
