【Responsibilities】 :
Be the forefront in managing customers’ enquiries and expectations;
Handle student registration, payment, class scheduling and attendance ;
Drive student enrolment by promoting the benefits of language learning Work closely with teachers to understand the progress of the students ;
Identify and recommend course curriculum that is tailored to customers’ needs and objectives.
Actively seek, follow up and close on sales leads;
Work towards achieving service excellence and to meet centre sales target;
Collect and review quality feedback from customers to improve sales;
Responsible for administrative duties including maintaining database records and sales data analysis;
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the school manager.

【Requirement】 :
Proficient in Google G suite
At least 1-2 years of in sales or/and customer service is an added advantage.
Good communication skills

【Position Level】: Entry or Junior Level

Work on Monday to Friday, 12:30pm-9:00pm(evening shift)
【Salary Range】: RM1600-1800 with evening shift allowance
