2026 MyHVnet Colloquium

The 2026 Malaysian High Voltage Network (MyHVnet) Colloquium will be held at Universiti Tun Hussein Onn Malaysia (UTHM) on 17th August 2026. This is the sixth colloquium organized by MyHVnet. MyHVnet currently welcomes paper submission in the form of one-page extended abstract for presentation at the 2026 MYHVnet Colloquium.

On 27 April (Monday), IVAT had the pleasure of welcoming a distinguished delegation from Telkom University, Bandung, Indonesia. The visit was warmly received by IVAT’s representative, Dr. Norhafezaidi Mat Saman.

This meaningful engagement provided a valuable platform for exchanging ideas, strengthening academic ties, and exploring future collaborations between both institutions. We look forward to building a strong and impactful partnership ahead!

Technical Visit

On 16 April 2026 (Thursday), IVAT had the pleasure of hosting a visit from HIGHVOLT.

The visit provided a valuable platform for knowledge sharing and discussions in the field of high voltage engineering, while strengthening collaboration between industry and academia.

On 14 April 2026, we had the pleasure of hosting EV Sun & stakeholders from Poland at the Institute of High Voltage and High Current (IVAT), UTM.

The visit provided an opportunity to showcase our advanced plasma research facilities, particularly in the development of graphene, while also engaging in meaningful discussions on potential collaboration through joint research grant applications.
