As we look back on the Robotics Innovation Challenge (RIC) 2024, we are filled with pride and excitement at the incredible journey we've embarked on together. Robotics Innovation Challenge (RIC) is a leading competition in the region for youth robotics, jointly organised by National University of Singapore (NUS) schools and professors.
We aim to promote and enhance the problem-solving skills among youth, from critical thinking to solution optimisation. Each year, RIC has a theme which is closely linked to a field of study or daily life scenarios. It develops a mindset among students that technology
is meant to be applied to improve life, even after the competition.
This year, we set the theme to be “Robotics for Teenage Health”. We encourage all participants to explore how robotics could possibly help to improve physical and mental health of teenagers. We look forward to seeing observations from unique angles and
innovative solutions around.
