霹雳怡保深斋中学 位于怡保市郊区，于2001年迁入占地15英亩的新校址。这里环境清幽，四周空气清新，凉风习习，是学生学习的理想场所。每当国内外教育学者莅校造访时，都赞赏本校环境优美，这实在是本校莘莘学子之福气。
本校创办于1959年, 学生人数有一千多人，本校附有宿舍供外地学生住宿。
深斋中学用三三中学制，即三年初中及三年高中。初中部有英文本数理班及华文本数理班；高中分文商、纯商及理科班。初中三及高中三学生必须参加由董总主办的初中及高中统一考试。学生可选考SPM。高中文商学生可参加UBS、本国之MCCE、英国之Pitman及LCCI中级及高级商科考试。此外，深斋中学也提供IGCSE课程。
深斋中学于2006年在校园内设立英语学习特区，命名为“深斋扎实英语中心”（SHEN JAI JUST ENGLISH CENTRE）。通过多媒体教学，营造一个学习英语环境，让孩子开心学英文，满怀信心讲英语。在2022年，为了加强学生对英文的听写读说能力，深斋中学植入国际剑桥英文课程（Cambridge English），及在每星期的其中一节进行由Clarity English from Hong Kong Polytechnic University 研发的语法课程-Tense Buster学习课。学生通过分级制，在毕业前可获得有关的文凭。
深斋强调要学生做到三好三爱：那就是品行好、学业好、活动好；要达到三爱，就是爱自己、爱班级、爱学校。
In 1959, Shen Jai High School was founded. Shen Jai High School's junior level is organised into two independent modules. Science and Mathematics are taught in Mandarin in the first module. For seniors, Shen Jai High School also offers a Science stream, a Pure Commerce stream, and an Art and Commerce stream. IGCSE courses are also offered at Shen Jai High School. At Shen Jai High School, students have the option of taking external and foreign exams including SPM, UBS, MCCE, Pitman, and LCCI. Students of Shen Jai High School are expected to exhibit exemplary behaviour, do well in the classroom, and participate actively in extracurricular activities. Shen Jai High School will, nevertheless, unquestionably be your greatest option for learning and realizing your dreams because of the lovely surroundings and the clean air.
