SAP is aimed at supporting relevant skills development in retail management to help create a pool of properly trained people interested in working in the Retail industry.
During training, 70% of On Job Training (OJT) takes place at the store and 30% of the training in the classroom.
The program is for all youth looking to start a career in Retail, allowing them to take their first steps in the job market and giving them an opportunity to quickly progress to a supervisory level. SAP also welcomes experienced candidates who are seeking a career change.

Criteria:
- Diploma & Above
- Excellent communication skills; both in English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Experience in retail is added advantage
- Willing to work on shift, weekends & public holidays

Job Description

Performing manufacturing processes, machine operating, production line operation, warehouse operation or quality assurance process operation.

Update data and production report, check line / stock / manufacturing equipment condition or implementation of process improvement activites. Note: Scope of work will be revised depending on the Management need/request and subject to the respective Department's job tasks / assigned tasks.

Job Requirement
Certificate or Diploma in Electronic/Electrical/Mechanical/Mechatronic Engineering or any other Technical related courses.
Fresh Certificate or Diploma Holders are encouraged to apply.
Candidate must not be colorblind.
Must be able to work on rotating shifts.
Transport Allowance RM 120 / Month.
Night Shift Allowance RM 10 / Day.
Overtime Meal Subsidy RM 5 / Day.
