A meaningful day filled with conversations, connections, and collaboration. Building a strong partnership between parents and the school plays an important role in supporting our children’s growth and development. When we work hand in hand, we create a nurturing environment where every child can learn, grow, and thrive. 💛

All hands on deck! 🧼🎨

Preparation for tomorrow’s Open Day is in full swing! Our thoughtful little helpers were busy buzzing around today, getting our classroom sparkling clean and welcoming for tomorrow’s Parent-Teacher Day! From wiping down tables to organizing books, everyone played a part in our gotong-royong effort.

We can't wait to welcome you all tomorrow and share the wonderful progress our children have made. See you soon! ❤️🏫

💛👍Little hands are kept busy as our little learners activated their creativity and problem-solving skills with simple wooden blocks. 🏃‍♀️

The room hums with curiosity and exploration they learned valuable social skills by sharing, taking turns, and working together to build anything they fancy - a school, a playground, a shopping mall, or even a space shuttle! 🤩✨️💯

👩‍🍳✨ Phonics magic in the kitchen! ✨👨‍🍳

Our 6-year-olds combined culinary art with early literacy in our Magic E Bake Shop activity. We explored how a quiet, "silent e" at the end of a word has the superpower to stretch out vowel sounds.

We transformed a bak mix into a bake (a_e), tossed in some white chocolate chips (i_e), and talked about baking at home (o_e). Phonics never tasted so good! 😋🎂

When life gives you lemons 🍋... make infused water! 💛

Armed with pincers and plenty of concentration, our little learners carefully picked up slices of cucumber, apple, and lemon to create their own refreshing drink.

This hands-on activity strengthened their fine motor skills, hand-eye coordination, and pincer grip, while encouraging healthy hydration. Learning really is refreshing! 💧✨

3... 2... 1... Blast off! 🚀

Learning the /r/ sound took flight today! Using rockets made from two plastic cups and three rubber bands, the children explored the letter R through a fun launch challenge.

As they tested and launched their rockets, they were also introduced to simple STEAM concepts such as force, motion, and problem-solving—all while having lots of fun!

🪨 Who knew stones could be so much fun?

As part of our Chinese lesson on the character 石, our 4-year-olds painted rocks and then put their engineering skills to the test by stacking them into towers. The challenge was simple: build the tallest tower without it toppling over!

Through play, the children explored the meaning of 石 while developing creativity, concentration, and perseverance. Some towers stood tall, some came tumbling down, but everyone had fun trying! 🎨✨
