Nature exploration begins when little hands touch, feel and observe. 🌱

Our 4 year olds stepped into nature and got hands-on with okra planting:
scooping the soil, carefully planting the seeds, and discovering how a tiny seed can grow into something amazing with a little care, patience and sunshine.

大自然的探索，就是从一双小小的手开始,
摸一摸、感受一下、仔细观察。 💚

4岁的孩子们走进大自然，
亲手挖土、播下秋葵种子，
也开始发现：原来一颗小小的种子，
在阳光、雨水和细心照料下，
也能慢慢长成充满生命力的植物！☀️

从亲手体验，到发现与观察，
孩子们在自然中学习，
也在等待与照顾的过程中学会耐心、

For 4 year olds, it’s not simply about making a cute artwork. As they carefully tear the stickers, find the matching picture, position each piece and place it in the correct space, they are learning to control their little fingers and coordinate what their eyes see with what their hands do.

Along the way, they are practising fine motor skills, eye-hand coordination, visual matching, concentration, accuracy and patience. They also learn to slow down, follow the steps and keep trying when a piece doesn’t go exactly where they want it to. 🌱

And when that final piece is placed successfully, the smile says it all! That little moment of “I did it!” helps build their confidence, independence and sense of achievement.✨

Our teeth are a small but important part of us! Just like we learn to take care of our hands, eyes and body, our children also need to learn how to care for their teeth from a young age.

Every year at KinderJoy, we have our dental check-up and tooth brushing session. It gives our children a chance to meet the dental nurse, have their little teeth checked and practice the right way to brush.

For some, it’s exciting. For some, it may feel a little scary. And for others… they’re simply happy to open their mouths and say “AHHH!” 😆

Through simple experiences like this, we hope our children slowly understand that taking care of our teeth is part of taking care of ourselves. A healthy smile is something we carry with us every day, so let’s start building this little habit while they’re young. 🦷

From touching the flour → kneading the dough → twisting and shaping → adding colour → decoration, our little 3 year olds were in charge from start to finish!

No perfect shapes.
No “do it for me.”
Hands-on learning is always better when little hands get to do the exploring!

Weee wooo! Weee wooo! Traffic Police is here! 🚸🚦

Our children were expecting someone super serious… but the Traffic Police turned out to be so friendly and kind! 😆 Today was definitely not an ordinary day at KinderJoy! Our children were excited to welcome the Traffic Police to school for a special Road Safety Learning Experience.

At KinderJoy, we believe that some of the most meaningful lessons happen outside the textbook. Instead of simply telling children what road safety means, we wanted them to have the opportunity to see it, hear it, feel it and experience it in real life.

From learning about traffic rules and road safety to understanding why we need to be careful when walking near roads, every little lesson helps build awareness from a young age.

Why start so young?

Because road safety is a life skill, not just a lesson for older children. Every day, children are passengers, pedestrians and future road users. Helping them develop good safety habits early can build awareness and responsibility as they grow.

Most importantly, we want our children to understand that safety isn't something to memorise for a worksheet. Safety is something we practice in our everyday lives.
