HOW DO WE CONDUCT THE EPIC PROJECT?
Well, we do it in an interestingly different way.
Our interns or Exchange Participants (EP) from all around the world able to share any of their experiences regarding this issue back in their hometown and will be convey our message and aim for this project. These different types of people assist in having interesting yet educational sessions with the targeted audience in mastering the essential skills for the 21st Century, as well as helping them in choosing the right career path.

Wondering what is EPIC about?
Well, choosing the right career can be a very daunting task, especially in a world that offers an array of paths, all of which seem to be leading to a golden goal. Careers can actually make or break one’s life, so it is important to make the right choice.
Project EPIC, an acronym for Empowering Potential in Individual Career, is organized by AIESEC UTP, to provide an opportunity and platform for career guidance and instill a mentality among targeted participants whereby to pursue their career based on interest and not through the influence of various sources.
This project also goes in line with the requirement of 21st Century professionals, which are creative mind set, English competency, leadership potential and communication skills. Not only does EPIC provide its targeted participants career guidance, but also continuous learning towards mastering 21st Century skills. :)
