【传承文化·体验端午｜寄宿生裹粽活动温馨登场】
#端午节 是中华民族的重要传统节日，旨在纪念伟大的爱国诗人屈原。为弘扬中华传统文化，舍务处于节日前夕特别安排寄宿生在食堂学习裹粽技艺。
此次活动不仅加深了学生对端午节及粽子文化内涵的认识，也让他们亲身体验传统手艺的乐趣。在食堂老板的耐心指导下，大家齐心协力包出了一个又一个香气扑鼻的粽子，让粽香满溢校园，也温暖了寄宿生活。

【Hostelites Learn How to Make Zongzi for Dragon Boat Festival】
The Dragon Boat Festival is an important traditional celebration in Chinese culture, held to commemorate the great patriotic poet, Qu Yuan. To promote Chinese traditional culture, the Hostel Department specially arranged hostelites to learn the skills of making Zongzi in canteen ahead of festival.
The activity helped hostelites understand rich histories behind Dragon Boat Festival and Zongzi, and also allowed them to enjoy making Zongzi. Under the guidance of canteen operator, the students successfully wrapped fragrant zongzi one after another, filling the campus with delightful aroma and bringing warmth to hostel life.

【培南独中宿舍共庆 #屠妖节！】
马来西亚主要是由三大民族所组成，而多元文化是我们最大的特色，随着印度传统节日屠妖节的到来，培南独中宿舍师生用五彩缤纷的米粒，共同绘制了一幅寓意美好的米绘图。
与此同时，宿舍也在10月24日晚举办了热闹的屠妖节聚餐，与全体寄宿生共庆佳节，促进我国各族群对多元文化的了解。让我们一起点亮心中的灯，驱散黑暗，迎接光明！

【学校假期旅游--宿舍生怡保走透透！】
9月17日是学校假期，舍务处的老师为留宿的中国学生安排怡保半日游，让他们能在当天走出宿舍，认识怡保市的热门景点。
当天早上，大家一同前往怡保山谷的长江白咖啡吃早餐，在享用早餐的同时也能够欣赏大自然的景色。之后则带领学生们前往三宝洞、怡保大草场、二奶巷以及何人可博物馆等主要热门景点做参观。午餐时间，宿舍老师带领他们前往兵如港著名的忠记炸料粉享用美味的午餐。随后，宿舍老师安排他们逛入“九号中国超市”购买中国食品，以解思乡之情。
舍务处策划这次的旅游行程，希望能给宿舍生们带来一个愉快的假期旅游，为他们留下美好的回忆。

【Hostelites Enjoy Day Trip to Ipoh During School Holidays】
On 17th September, the hostel teachers organised a half day trip to Ipoh for the China hostelites. The purpose was to allow them to explore beyond the hostel and become acquainted with the popular attractions in Ipoh. The Hostel Department hopes that this travel experience will provide the hostelites with a wonderful time and lasting memories.

【培南独中宿舍篮球赛：燃情赛场，青春飞扬】
伴随着紧张的考试季落幕，为了让同学们放松身心、增进友谊，培南独中舍务处精心策划了一场热血沸腾的宿舍篮球赛，为热爱篮球运动的同学们提供挥洒汗水、展现自我的舞台。
赛场上，球员们身披战袍，斗志昂扬，用精湛的球技和默契的配合，努力为队伍争取最好分数。精彩的进球引来场边观众的阵阵欢呼，呐喊声、加油声、助威声汇成一片，将比赛气氛推向高潮。
赛场上胜负难料，但比起胜负结果，培南独中舍务处更希望这场比赛能增进宿舍之间的友谊，为同学们带来欢乐和难忘的回忆！

【宿舍双亲节活动—为父母献上感恩的花与祝福】
6月14至16日，培南独中舍务处暖心策划了一场双亲节活动，让宿舍生在父母来接送时，亲手送上事先写好的感谢信以及一朵花，表达对父母的爱意与感恩之情。
宿舍生们将对父母感激的话语化成文字，句句写入信中，感谢父母亲一直以来的陪伴和照顾。宿舍生们的父母都从他们的祝福中感受到温暖和安心，也感慨到孩子们的成长与懂事。
舍务处总舍监李炜星老师希望借由这次活动，让孩子们意识到感恩父母要及时，乘早把握机会发表对父母的真实情感。
李炜星表示，日后宿舍会举办更多的亲子活动，促进父母与孩子的良好关系，建立更美好的宿舍生活。

From June 14th to 16th, Poi Lam High School's Hostel Department thoughtfully organized a Parents' Day event. As parents came to pick up their children, the students presented them with handwritten thank-you letters and a flower, expressing their love to father and mother.
The Hostel Chief Warden, Dominic Lee, hoped this event will serve as a reminder for students to express their gratitude to their parents promptly. He also mentioned that the hostel will organize more family activities in the future to strengthen parent-child relationships and build a more wonderful hostel life.

【培南宿舍欢庆开斋节，共度温馨时光！】
为庆祝开斋节，增进师生情谊，培南独中宿舍举办了温馨的开斋节聚餐活动，师生们共同品尝着丰盛的开斋节美食，欢声笑语，共度佳节。
活动现场洋溢着浓浓的节日气氛，展现了马来西亚多元族群和谐包容的特色，而现场也请国际生作歌唱表演，让外国学生也能参与其中体验佳节。
培南独中一直以来重视多元文化教育，积极组织各种文化交流活动，促进不同文化背景的学生相互学习、相互理解，增进彼此的友谊。

【特效化妆大师储旭莅临培南独中，点亮宿舍生活！】
为了丰富宿舍生活，我校舍务处特邀来自台湾的特效化妆师—— 儲旭 CHUXU，为宿舍生带来精彩的特效化妆知识讲座。
储旭老师不仅是一位经验丰富的特效化妆师，还是一位兼具演艺和歌唱才华的多元艺术者。他曾为多部知名电影，如《美人鱼》、《红衣小女孩》、《咒》等担任特效化妆指导，而且曾以《麻醉风暴2》荣获第53届金钟奖的最佳美术设计奖，在业界享有盛誉。
讲座中，储旭老师向宿舍生们介绍了特效化妆的艺术与技巧，并现场演示如何制作逼真的伤口妆容。在他的耐心指导下，宿舍生们直观地感受到了特效化妆的魅力，在自己和朋友的脸上互相尝试各种特效妆容，玩得不亦乐乎。
储旭老师表示，其在中学生涯时的学术表现普通，但幸好没有放弃学习与梦想，坚定朝自己的方向前进，耕耘十年时间才有如此的成就，他还现场献唱了一首歌曲，鼓励同学们勇敢追逐梦想，在人生的道路寻找到自己的兴趣与方向，这样才能自我前进与突破。
储旭老师的精彩讲座，不仅让宿舍生们对特效化妆有了更深入的了解，也激发了他们的艺术热情和创造力。希望在他的鼓励和感染下，同学们能寻找到更多不一样的成功人生典范，挖掘自己更多元的潜能，走出不一样的人生道路。
