Dear Students and Parents/Guardians,

Novel Coronavirus Update

Pursuant to the recent development of the 2019-nCoV (Novel Coronavirus) outbreak, Eli Learning Centre highly concerns on students’ safety and health situation. To ensure a clean and safe environment for students, we highly recommend students and parents/guardians be cooperate with us:

- People who have been to countries with any confirmed novel coronavirus (2019-nCoV) cases such as China(Mainland), Taiwan, Hongkong, Singapore, Japan, Korea, Thailand must take self-isolation at home and not necessary to attend classes. However, please inform us for sick leave through mobile or social media.

- We advise students to seek immediate medical treatment if they are unwell or reach out to their care providers for queries concerning their health and ONLY attend class once getting permission from doctor.

- We encourage all students and staff wearing masks during class.

- We seek our students' full cooperation in order to reduce the risk of contracting and spreading the infection and to educate themselves on prevention and self-care. The following actions are helpful in preventing spread:

• Frequently clean hands by using alcohol-based hand rub or soap and water;
• When coughing and sneezing cover mouth and nose with flexed elbow or tissue – dispose of any tissues immediately and wash hands; and
• Avoid close contact with anyone who has a fever and cough.
• Always wear masks in public place

It is our responsibility to prevent and take care of ourselves and others’ health situation. May all students be cooperate with us to establish a safe environment to study.

【 预防武汉肺炎通告】

为了全体伊利学习中心學生与员工的健康及安全，本中心特发通告吁请全体學生共同预防武漢肺炎

- 农历新年期间，凡曾到访中国、台湾、香港、新加坡、日本、韩国、泰国等等有确诊病例的国家，请自行隔离，不必到本中心上课，但需通过电话或社交媒體知会本中心。

- 若有发现发烧、感冒或咳嗽症状的教职员生，请务必就医，并在家休息，在获得医生允准后方可前来上课。

- 本中心鼓励全体员工与學生在上课或工作期间期间，自行准备口罩佩戴。

- 本中心建议大家采取以下预防措施，以减少自身和其他人员感染的风险：

1. 勤用清洁的水和含有酒精成分的洗手液或肥皂清洗双手；

2. 咳嗽或打喷嚏时使用纸巾或弯曲手肘掩盖口鼻-使用后的纸巾需丢弃并立即洗手；

3. 避免与有发烧和咳嗽症状的人密切接触；

4. 在公众场合佩戴口罩

预防病毒，照顾自身与他人的健康，是我們共同的责任。请全体學生积极配合，塑造健康学习环境！
