Maria Montessori 玛丽亚⋅蒙特梭利幼儿教育思想家、改革家，意大利第一位女医学博士。她整合了医学、物理学和思维改革导出了一场世界性的“教育革命”，创造出启蒙的教育方法【敏感期和儿童吸收性心智理论】，成功治好低能儿童，并且许多孩子的考核成绩居然超过了正常儿童。

她通过对幼儿的自然行为的细致耐心观察后发现，儿童在每一个特定的时期内都有一种重要特征---特殊感受能力，是某种强烈的自然行为---短暂易逝。这种特殊感受促使儿童对环境中的事物变得很敏感，对有关事物的注意力很集中且很有耐心，而对其他事物置若罔闻，他会被环境中的某一特质所吸引，排斥其它特征事物。

她提出，儿童有一种天生的能量，促使他通过吸收性心智适应当下时代与文化，这种吸收性心智接纳一切，不评断、不拒绝、不回应。儿童的吸收性心智发生于0-6岁之间，蒙特梭利将其做了一个形象的比喻【海绵吸水】，这种吸收性心智从出生到三岁时是无意识的，在这个时期，大部分的儿童每天接触的环境大多数在家里，因此家庭环境的布置以及家人的言行举止对孩子的成长影响很大，所收到的影响可能会改变他的一生。而在3-6岁逐渐变成有意识的吸收，这能帮助儿童适应及融入到周围的环境，这个时期孩子开始喜欢模仿成人，通过自己的双手及感官去不断的探索。

大脑中的纹状体区域负责控制成瘾机制，油炸食品对大脑中的纹状体区域的刺激尤为强烈。 高糖、高脂肪的碳水化合物会触发多巴胺的分泌，会让你快乐到吃了就停不下来。过多摄入糖分和油脂会增加认知能力下降的风险。

4）爱喝酒
酒精30秒内就能抵达大脑，刺激大脑多个区域，酒精影响记忆力，长期饮酒会导致大脑萎缩，带来不可逆转的损伤。

5）长期一个人宅家
长期孤独，过度的社交隔离会削弱大脑功能，社交活动能够刺激大脑的不同区域，增强认知能力和情感智商。

Research shows that brain abilities reduce may cause by below habits.

1) Staying Up Late
Lack of sleep causes your body to build up waste products like adenosine, making you feel sluggish, confused, and less focused. It also lower down thinking, weakens hand-eye coordination, and reduces reactions. Good sleep helps clear out these harmful substances.

2) Sitting for Long hours
This will reduce blood flowing function to brain, affect learning and lack of concentration.

3) Contain Too Many Sugar and Fat
Especially junk food, overstimulates the brain's reward system, making it through addiction. Bad food intake can lead a high risk on cognitive skills decline.

4) Drinking Alcohol Regularly
Alcohol affecting memory and slower down brain functions. Heavy drinking can cause brain shrinkage and permanent damage.

5) Alone at home for long time
Social isolation influence brain functions. Interacting with others can stimulate different parts of the brain cells, improving memory, thinking skills, and enhance emotional intelligence.
