Hey guys & ladies,

You're warmly invited to attend our Kickboxing programme at Polo Ground,Ipoh.

To get better balance, power and agility, Kickboxing is one of the good choice among workouts. It will strongly improve your fitness, power, flexibility and agility & observe and learn a very good experience in your lifetime.

The programme will be held on 12 March 2023, beginning at 4pm until 6pm.

Calling all fitness junkies, Please be informed that with effective from March onwards will conduct 2 or 3 sessions every once a month of indoor open gym(FOC) for the benefit of all Fitness junkies who would want to be trained and experience the challenges of race . This session will teaches you how to train and prepare for a Spartan race obstacles. Additionally SUF will be also organizing an outdoor open community workout in designated area which will be announced in advance later once every month.
