The Food Technology Program, School of Industrial Technology, Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) will be organizing the “Food Product Development Competition and Exhibition 2025.” In this event, Food Technology students will showcase and compete with their newly invented food products.

USM Shines at 14th National Food Science & Technology Competition 2025, Earns Spot at ASEAN Food Conference

Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) has once again demonstrated its excellence in food science and technology by securing multiple accolades at the prestigious 14th National Food Science & Technology Competition (NFSTC) 2025. Organized biennially by the Malaysian Institute of Food Technology (MIFT) in collaboration with Taylor’s University, this national event serves as a platform for budding innovators to showcase their prowess in advancing sustainable food systems.

USM’s Stellar Achievements:
